Had a wonderful stay at The Independent Hotel In April 2024. The hotel is conveniently located away from main tourist attractions but close by for walking or short cab drives. Breakfast is fabulous and the rooftop deck is great! Rooms are modern , clean and very spacious compared to some we had considered. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice place but wifi was terrible. It only worked in the bathroom - once we went into the rest of our unit it consistently faded and always dropped out. Wifi needs to be upgraded.

The hotel is just a short walk from the Termini which was perfect. The foyer is neat and modern as are the rooms, we had a balcony overlooking the Termini plaza which gave some great sunshine and sunsets but was very quiet with the door closed. The hotel has one small lift and you need to be patient, it’s a lot of steps to go up if you’re on the higher floors. The staff were always friendly and helpful, we didn’t use the restaurant or bar as we dined out. We did find the Termini area a little unnerving in the evening with homeless people around but we found a great route by turning right which was safe and busy. Overall, absolutely recommend for transport convenience as well as walking to some of the sites.

Family trip with teens room was quiet and clean everything was walkable. Market nearby and delicious restaurants also the buffet breakfast was amazing with a beautiful view from the rooftop restaurant

Beautiful property within walking distance of the Roma Termini Train station. 25 minute walk to Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. 30 minute walk to the Colosseum. Rooms were spacious and clean with modern features. Shower was great!
