“Cosy, stylish, and helpful”
Very helpful staff on a number of occasions. A serviceably hearty breakfast buffet to get ready for a day of walking around Rome. Very competent English from all front desk staff. They even booked our advance Gallerie Borghese tickets for us! I would happily stay again.
“Centrally located, moderately priced, excellent service.”
This hotel is a block from Termini station where the two main subway lines meet, and also where the Leonardo Express from Fumicino Airport arrives. It is extremely well located for getting around the city, either by bus, train, or cab. The staff are excellent, speak English like natives, and seem genuinely interested in helping tourists. I was zonked coming off a seven hour flight from Boston and they were really good to me coming in from the airport. The room was nice - I should say I spent very little time at the hotel - but while I was there I was happy with the place. You have to leave your room entry card in a slot by the door - if you don't, the lights shut off after a few minutes. Just a heads up about the lights - I had never seen this before. There was a fridge - but I didn't use it. The breakfast bar was quite good and was included. It's not a lavish hotel - but it's a good value for the money. I would recommend it.
“Great location in Rome”
This place is an easy pick for visits to Rome. The hotel is only a block and a half from the Termini Station, but it is nice and quiet, and near a couple decent restaurants, if you don't feel like traveling for a meal. There is a Metro stop at the train station, and cabs are always available there. Wireless service is good for a rather small fee. Nice buffet breakfast. The desk staff is friendly and has a very good command of English.
“Would definitely stay again!”
The hotel is only a few blocks from the main termini station, there are many restaurants in the area with great food at a good price, and the staff was really helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was simple, yet it was just enough to get us going each morning. The room was always clean and we never had to ask for anything. This was a great place to stay.
“Service Above and Beyond”
I can echo what others have written about this hotel. In a six-night stay, rooms were modern and clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was more than ample, and location was handy to the Termini station. I had additional noteworthy experiences with the hotel. I missed my cruise connection due to flight delays, and arrived at Rome airport in the evening, about a week before my reservation. After several adventures, I arrived at the hotel unannounced and exhausted at 10:30 PM, and asked if they had a room. They provided one with good grace, and at a reasonable rate. Upon returning the next week (with a reservation!) the clerk asked if I had forgotten something. They had found my IPod I had assumed lost on a train or in a taxi!
“Great place”
Very nice hotel, with a wonderful staff.
“A good value, great room”
I enjoyed the room (which was a typically small European-sized hotel room). The value is the best I could find after doing some research. Neighborhood was safe. Free continental breakfast was very nice. Good service. Very convenient location.
“Rome' little treasure”
My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Yes hotel in Rome. Just a block from the main terminal it is easily accessible to all of the attrations in Rome. It is near Via Cavour which is the main road way leading to the Colosseum and about a 20 minute walk. The hotel itself is lovely and clean with new, modern furniture. There is a very nice breakfast which is included and has everything you would need to start your day. There are meats, breads, cheeses, cereal, coffee, tea and fruit but what really made our stay special was the wonderful front desk staff. They will help you book tours, find any kind of attraction you are looking for and recommend restaurants in the area. I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff were so friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay. We were there for 7 nights and were very comfortable. I hope to return in 2009.
“Great hotel for the money”
We were very satisfied overall with our stay at the Yes Hotel. The rooms were adequately sized, with modern clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. The decor was modern and appealing. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful with any questions that we had. The breakfast was good, and there was a computer in the lobby that you could use to access the internet for a small fee. Overall, we were very pleased with all aspects of our room, and we would stay here again.
“Yes We were really impressed.”
This hotel is in an excellent location, being 2 minutes from Termini Station, and close to many bus routes. The hotel is clean, modern with 24 hour reception and bar! The English speaking receptionists were all very polite and helpful.Breakfast was continental but more than adequate to start the day before the hike round Rome.Would definitely recommend this hotel.
