“Rotorua you Rock”
Comfortable, clean hotel with a great hot breakfast.
“Fantastic Location on Edge of Lake”
The hotel is set right on the edge of lake Rotorua and just a very short walk to the main area for shops,bars etc.Hotel had all amenities you needed including spa.staff very helpful and friendly-nothing was too much trouble for them.would not hesitate to stay there again.
“Looking forward to returning”
This hotel has all the creature comforts, as well as being centrally located. It is within walking distance to the museum and all the downtown shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and sizable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to both travellers and business people alike, as the price is competative and the accomodations are comfy.
“Faultless”
What a wonderful hotel. The rooms are sooooooooo spacious. The Staff attend promptly when asked. Nice to have use of the swimming pool and spa. A faultless place. Well done to all concerned
“Sudima rotorua”
Had another Fab stay at Sudima, This time we went without the Kids and made the most of the spas and pool. Will always go back and have told family and friends to stay there.
“Good value and friendly service”
The Sudima is getting on in years but has been well maintained and updated. Our room was called "Lakeview" and it was. (Unlike some places where a glimpse of water constitutes a view.) Desk staff were welcoming and the other staff around the hotel went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and happy. Food is predictable but good quality and priced competitively. Their private spa is great: you need to give it a go. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who wants value for money, friendly accommodation in a great location.
“Fine Hotel”
Comfortable hotel to relax in. Don't bother with the Maori Hangi as the food was average and was definitely geared towards the asian market with too much cringe-worthy audience participation. It was quite pricey for the meal as well. (more than the room was per night)
“Normal stuff”
Big hotel situated in a very convenient location. Nothing special about rooms and amenities, but very nice, polite and helpful front office and hotel staff.
“Perfect for pampering”
Greta Hotel ata great price and location. Staff could not be more helpful. The only drawback is a glight of stairs up to the main entrance and a flight of stairs to the rooms which would be difficlut to manage for older guests with luggage or even for younger families.
“Clean room, friendly staff.”
Very friendly staff. Room was clean and new. Very good location right by the Polynesian Spa. Sometimes you could smell the foul smells from the lake.
