“Convenience & comfort in Sacramento”
My wife and I spent 10 days here and would definitely use this hotel again. It's just off I-5, midway between downtown and the airport, right in the middle of major developments in the northwest corner of town. Only a couple of months old, so it's exceptionally clean; the staff is attentive and considerate. A very good experience, overall.

My family arrived very late after a long flight. Franklin greeted us with a smile. The staff was attentive. The beds were very comfortable. We were in a different hotel every night. Although this was the least expensive hotel in our travels, it was the best. My daughter was happy to be ending our vacation back at this hotel. My husband realized that he had left his jacket in the closet when we reached our first destination. He called the hotel and when we returned the jacket was waiting for him. It was the best Hampton Suites we had ever stayed at.

Very clean. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Many restaurants very near the hotel. Wonderful breakfast buffet was included in the price. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I fly out of Sacramento airport. The Expedia price really made this a nice stay.

From the location (close to the airport and lots of choices of restaurants nearby) to the great condition and cleanliness of the room to the excellent continental breakfast and friendly and helpful staff, I don't think there is more I can say! Oh, there is, ... the rates were NICE! You won't be disappointed!

“Hampton Inn to avoid at all costs.”
This hotel is tired with a capital "T". Room was dirty, faucet leaked, drapes hanging from rods; unbelieveable for a Hampton Inn. Plenty of newer , better properties within yards of this hotel. My advice, book one of them. Cross this one off your list. Worst Hampton Inn I have ever been in, even before the chainwide remodel. Somehow, this one got caught in a time warp.
