“An Oasis for business travel”

After a long day working in San Francisco at a noisy hotel, it was great to come to the Rocklin Park hotel. Quiet, relaxing, great food, yet with quick access to the Rocklin area

“Pleasantly surprised!”

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise and conveniently located off the freeway exit. We had a ground floor room with a balcony and did not hear any freeway noise at all. I had requested a king size bed however was given a room with two queen beds which was not a problem except that it only had a night table between the two beds which made it inconvenient for the side of the bed without one (a minor inconvenience). The room was very clean and comfortable.The morning breakfast choices which did not vary much from day to day was sufficient to get us going in the morning.however lots of fruit was always available.Tried the workout room one night which had a variety of equipment. Stayed for four nights while visiting family and would definitely go back. Staff were very pleasant.

“Good place to stop along the road...”

The only drawback to this hotel is there is no where to eat and you have to get back into your car and drive somewhere for dinner. I checked in late afternoon and had the pool and hot tub to myself. I expected there to be an on-site restaurant but it appears to be closed or is only used for meetings. I drove to Auburn to the AleHouse for dinner which was fine but it meant I limited myself to only one beer when I would have preferred two...
