"Everything was excellent. I already scheduled my next trip to Tokyo and I will be staying here again. Very good experience. The gentleman that cleaned the room, the ladies at the cafeteria, and the reception staff were very nice, warm and professional. The location was as a plus too."

"I have stayed at this hotel twice. On this visit I was disappointed at the lack of service and disinterest. I could not understand their lack of willingness to help. The hotel is tired and showing signs of age and lack of investment. There are better hotels in the area in the same price bracket."

"The hotel location is perfect. The facilities, size of the room were good size. They did not have all toiletries that other Hotels in Japan provide or the same category of even a lower tier hotel category. It was little disappointing that the Godzilla head terrace was close for the time we stay there."
