The lady at the front desk was rude and had no interest in helping or changing me to a different room.She was more interested in her dog. I understand that the hot tub was not working but when I asked about changing my room I was told I booked through a 3rd party and she could do nothing. Very rude

The staff was great. The rooms are a bit dated. The business center was not functional, so I had to have my daughter print out my boarding pass and parking coupon for Seattle since the front desk couldn't figure out how I could email them and print my documents there. The pool was closed 2 of the 3 days I was there and the hot tub was closed the entire time. The card reader for the outside door by my room didn't work so I had to commute the entire distance of the hotel to get to my car.

Free parking is a plus. The hotel is in dire need of repairs. Our room had a half torn out screen, a cream cheese package and beer bottle behind a nightstand. The front desk ppl were nice.

Despite several walks down to the front desk, there were people running up and down the halls all night, screaming, and slamming doors. The pool area had litter and left behind clothing items on the tables and floors.
