Good service with responsive staff. It has sufficient amenities. However, they make a mistake when listing hotel's check-in and out times. Despite the fact that this is their mistake, they requested additional fee for an early check-in.

A very friendly and nice place, well designed style, over all I paid for breakfast for €96 including local tex but for the first day my wife got late a pit upstairs for 15-17 minutes and missed the breakfast as the breakfast is till 10:00am. Then we decided to request a refund for the breakfast and now we have not received it yet. But this is excellent place for couples

Fine for a few days
A lovely location, only 35 minutes away from Paris and a 20 minute walk to Engheim with its lovely lake. The town itself has a few supermarkets and many restaurants so sufficient for a few days break. The hotel was fine but didn't have much of an atmosphere. We thought breakfast was included in our rate but wasn't and at ten euros for a continental breakfast, we felt that was expensive so we went out each morning to local places. Room was fine but small and needed a bit of an update but ticked the boxes of a place to lay your head at night. Overall, OK hotel in a lovely location.

Just what we wanted
Chosen to be in proximity to our nephew's home in St Gratien, so just wanted somewhere to sleep. Obviously well located for the RER station, had we wanted to go into central Paris. Well insulated, so no train noise issues. We were advised we had been given rooms on the other side from the railway because we had booked 3 nights. First night we found our aircon control was not working, however, we were able to open the window, and it was fine. Reported the problem the next morning, and by the time we returned in the evening, it was fixed. Only had one breakfast there, but it was fine, with a passable selection of croissants, bread, cheese, salami, as well as cereals and fruit. Would definitely use it again when visiting the area.

Mould everywhere, on the walls and in the air
Our room (and likely all other rooms) have mould in them. The bathroom doesn't windows and the extractor fan in the bathroom is utterly useless. It is unfit for purpose. So there is very strong smell of mould in rooms and even in the hallway. I couldn't sleep the smell kept me up all night. The next day I developed a sore throat which lasted a week.

You get what you pay for
My stay at the hotel was OK. Wonderful staff, the receptionist was really lovely and went out of her way to help out where she could. I arrived two hours early for check-in and she made she I wasn't waiting too long before I got to my room. The chambermaid (on floor 2) was also very accommodating and once when my card wasn't working, she let me in my room and went to go and fix my card for me. The downside was the damp smell within the bathroom which I found quite unpleasant. The size of the room was quite small and the heater in the room only seemed to blow out cold air which meant some nights I was quite cold. This hotel has a good location, nearby to many restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket. Plus the train station is right next door and it takes 20 mins to get to the centre of Paris.

Good value location
This hotel was idealy locted allowing me to use public transport from CDG on my arrival and to get to my workplace in Taverny through the week while having the added bonus of beign a short hop into Paris for some evening sight seeing. The down side of being so close to the railway is that there was some rail noise for the early morning. breakfast was acceptabel and room rates were very reasonable

Decent commercial hotel
Clean & comfortable room. Dead atmospshere at 9.15 on a weekday evening - bar in darkness. BBC on TV, good wifi. Good bathroom. Location next to the station, with restaurants & fast-food outlets adjacent. Reception polite. Very acceoptable commercial venue. Price very good value.

Basic hotel for a basic price
This was a very basic hotel for a basic price. There was free wi-fi which was a nice perk as we were both roaming. We had a nice view of the Saint Gratien RER staion, which made people watching interesting. It was just over 30 minutes on the train to central Paris. We chose this hotel as we needed to travel with our car and there was affordable overnight parking nearby. Watch out if you're using this to go to central Paris though! The trains to get back don't run very late and we needed to get a taxi back!

Lovely staff and value for money hotel
Clean, tidy and value for money.... The staff were very friendly, the manageress were excellent and understanding. The down side about this hotel is its distance from the city centre, but its not too bad given the price that you pay for it. The other annoying thing there is a bar closeby whch closes the small hours, so, it may be too noisy if you are residing in the lower floor rooms. Over all, I will def go back here and recommend to any one

Pas mal sans plus.
Le séjour s'est bien passé. Les chambres sont un peu justes en surface. Dans la salle de bain il n'y a rien pour poser une trousse de toilette et la douche est dans la baignoire sans aucune poignée pour se tenir.

Mauvais accueil parce que expedia donne l arrivee possible des midi, et en fait Ibis dit que c est à 14 heures, donc problèmes à l entrée avec une dame peu commerciale. De plus les tarifs entre Expedia et Ibis ne sont pas les memes. Je ne passerai plus par Expedia pour retenir un hotel. Sino l hotel et le restaurant bien.
