“Excellent hotel”
Smack dab down in the centre of town. Easy walking distance to the pier, old city, parks, restaurants etc. Front desk very friendly, knowledgable and accomodating. Very recommendable stay.
“very impressed”
Beds were very comfortable, room was extremely clean, bathroom bright and clean. Everything felt like it was a higher class than what I paid for. Heated pool was great, kids loved it. We enjoyed having the mall attached to the hotel. We didn't have to leave the building to go to McDonalds for the kids. There is even a Cora's in the mall, so we went there for breakfast. Parking gargage attached to the building was great (complimentary on the weekends, too) Only downside is that's it's hard to nagitate through that part of town. Too many 1 way streets, and not enough street signs to tell you where you are. And, the mall closes at 6pm on Saturdays (didn't expect that, kind of caught us off guard for supper)
“Fresh, clean and comfortable”
It was a beautiful and very clean hotel to stay in. I appreciated the finishes on everything and how modern and comfortable the decor was.
“Nice Delta”
Excellent service from all the staff. Rooms are very clean and furniture is quite recent and modern. Bed is extremely comfortable. Free wi-fi is fast and reliable which is great for business travel.
“Good value in the centre of it all”
Been here before; good value hotel located in the heart of Saint John, atop the city's principal indoor mall/shopping complex. Connected via walkway to Saint John Trade Centre, Canada Games Aquatic Centre, City Hall and City Market. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed, good size flat screen TVs, comfortable beds and free wi-fi, at least on club floor. Inside rooms overlook rooftop courtyard, perimeter rooms have good city and harbour views. Best robes of any hotel chain - high quality and generously sized for both firth and height. Great for exploring historic downtown, but if you're here to shop, you really need a car as "the malls" are out in the 'burbs. Food here is excellent. Delta maintains a high standard and the upgrades are recent. Staff is particularly firendly and attentive. While there is some construction on the main level (June 2011), it doesn't in the least interfere with access or a good night's rest.
“Very impressed”
This hotel was situated conveniently to downtown and the harbour. They took care of all my needs, efficiently and cheerfully. Room service was excellent. Definitely would visit again and recommend.
“Friendliest place yet”
The place could use some upgrading which I believe is underway. The price was right though. The location was perfect and the staff were the best we have encountered. They treated our 2 year old like she was the most important person in the world (which she is). We sayed in 7 different hotels over our 2 week vacation and this was by far the best experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Delta again...especially love the hot tub!!
