“I will definitely stay here again”
Nice place to stay.
“Quick Trip-Great Stay-Great Price”
Did not arrive until 2:00 am as my flight into Portland was an hour late and the roads in Portland were icy. I called ahead when my plane landed and was assured that someone would be there to help me. When I arrived the night clerk was very helpful and courteous. My room was on the second floor but there was an elevator. The room was clean, the bed was good and hard, the heater worked, the bathroom was clean, and the walls were sound proof enough that I could not here the rooms next doors TV. I can see why families enjoy staying here. Day clerk was also quite helpful when asked for nearby restaurants. Will stay here my next trip to Salem.
“Excellent all around.”
While the room was very small, for a one night stay it was superb. The hotel staff was very welcoming, and gave excellent directions around town, and they even gave us each a little grab bag of shampoo, toothpaste, and lotion samples, among other things. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone else, either for a one night stay, or multiple nights. The electric range and microwave were very helpful in our attempts to save money on the trip!
“It was great.”
I loved the kitchenette in the room. The location was great.
“Would stay again”
Great place to stay
“Best experience for the money I have had”
I was very pleased with the hotel. You need a car to get around but only blocks from grocery (WalMart, Safeway)and shopping center. The cost for comfort was extrordinary. This is a long term facility and does not have the Pool, jacuzzi, massage, weight room etc., if that is what you want you can get it for 5-10 times the rate. I would go back in a minute.
“love the kitchenettes”
I love this hotel because not only is it for extended stay visitors, but they also have very affordable rates for nightly visitors. The kitchenettes are wonderful, complete with a stove, a microwave, a fridge, dinnerware, silverware, pans, and a coffee pot. I wish they had baths instread of just stand up showers. They charge a high fee for internet though
“Would definitely stay again”
I was very impressed with the hotel. It was clean, service friendly, and most of all I felt safe. I travel alone with my three kids and safety is important. This hotel was much more than I expected.
“Nice room”
A great deal for a great room.
“Will be going to another Crossland for sure!”
Check in was quick and easy. Our room was cheap and had a full kitchen with dishes and a stove, a nice bed, a table, and a nice bathroom. I loved my stay at Crossland Salem.
