Excellent location. Great customer service. They do couples packages so make sure to call the hotel 72 hours in advance for their pricing and packages. You can also get bath bombs from the lobby (with a price or they can charge it to the room). We were in the cape cod. I loved the water fall shower in the jetted tub. The rooms were really quiet and it seems sound proof. I couldn’t hear any of our other neighbors it actually felt like we were alone and in a secluded area. I will definitely recommend and comeback here again. It is an “adult” only hotel. Good for date night and couples night out. Although that’s what I assume from only seeing couples checking in without kids. It was nice

Very unique experience and my room was beautiful. There was a fireplace in the room and the tub was huge. Loved the service and staff. Definitely recommend.

This was so much fun! Great customer service, cool room, very relaxing and very well done! We are already talking about making the 6 hour drive just to come back to try out another room. Would definitely recommend the hotel and the date night package for a great romantic getaway!

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, fun and certainly unique, and we were quickly moved when a toilet was leaking in our first room. However, the breakfasts were very minimal and we didn’t receive half of our order either day despite calling and asking numerous times and then had to ask to remove the additional food charge several times for the never received food (we seriously only received a croissant and a cup of coffee.) Our car was broken in to at 1am on the first night in the garage that is locked and caged at 10pm and has no other car or pedestrian access after that time. We got conflicting stories on whether or not there were cameras (never received footage) and they said by explanation that it happens frequently. It was fun once but we won’t be returning,

Great stay! Highly recommended! Nice staff and secure parking. I enjoyed thoughtful touches of sparkling cider and cinnamon rolls. Breakfast was awesome, but a little late, which only was a concern because I had to leave early.

The room was beautiful and comfortable. The hot tub was perfect. We were able to listen to music and just relax all evening. It was very special.

It's all looking a bit dated. Carpet was a little dingy. Room was small, but sufficient. It's a cool concept, and someone is very creative, but needs refreshed a little. I'd probably go back, as I dislike the large chain places.

Splendidly unique decor and atmosphere! The 49ers room was comfortable although the tub/shower difficult to climb into. The location of this room is not ideal - it was noisy at odd hours, like midnight, 3 am. The breakfast service was fantastic and special great of sparkling cider and cheesecake most appreciated!

Room was fantastic beautiful and fun to be in, we did not have a phone and could not get the DVD player to work bed was kinda uncomfortable the location was in a weird place to get to. room was really cool and we had a wonderful stay. breakfast was good came 5 minutes early. We definitely loved every second of our stay will definitely be back for a new adventure

Romantic getaway
We spent our honeymoon night here and finally came back for our 19th anniversary this year! I don’t know why we stayed away so long. Room was spectacular, service was great, private breakfast was delicious. We loved it all! Highlights: decor (our room was Romeo’s Retreat), big tub with waterfall shower, frittata for breakfast. Shortcomings: bed was too hard for me (hubby slept great), thermostat was remote controlled and we didn’t know where it was (cold nights are good for snuggling, lol). It was a lovely, romantic night and we plan on coming back soon!
