“Amazing hotel !”
Good services. Very clean... Just perfect over all.i did 16 hotel in 3 weeks and this one is my best !!!
“Excellent accommodations”
The Sheraton in downtown Salt Lake City has been excellent each time I have stayed there. I love having a Starbucks inside the hotel. I sat with my laptop and enjoyed a latte after a long drive. It was very relaxing. The restaurant has excellent food, including a breakfast buffet which is handy for travelers. My room was clean and well cared for. I especially appreciate the free airport shuttle and friendly staff.
“THE BEST HOTEL IN THE AREA, GOOD PRICES, EXCELENT SERVICE”
JUST ONE SUGGESTION, CUT HE GRASS AROUND THE POOL, IS TRUE THAT SALT LAKE IS A COLD CITY, BUT MAYBE SOME OTHERS LIKE ME, ENJOY WALK IN HIS HOTEL TO KNOW IT
“Great hotel for the price.”
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The building itself feels a bit rundown but the rooms have been renovated and feels new. The food at the bar and restaurant were surprisingly good. I plan to stay there again when I visit Salt Lake City.
“Great Price for a Beautiful Hotel”
The rooms are kind of small, but I think that is because it is an older hotel that was recently remodled, but overall we thought it was extremely clean and modern. Another great thing is the Starbucks in the lobby and the pool and spa area are just wonderful. And it is convienently located to shopping and great food!!!
“Great Experience”
From the time I boarded the shuttle from the Airport, I was well taken care of. All of the staff members were eager to take care of my needs and proactive about helping me. My favorite surprise was the complimentary shuttle service to nearby restaurants and locations.
“Good hotel”
Hotel condition and staffs were very good. We could enjoy our stay. There were only few restaurant near the hotel, so Starbucks in the hotel was very useful for us. Unfortunately, our room did not have a refrigerator. I asked front staff, but there were no refrigerator we could use. This is the only negative things for us, however, we were satisfied with Sheraton Salt Lake City Hotel from a comprehensive standpoint.
“Great Stuff”
The hotel was great! Staff was nice. Conveniently located to great restaraunts and bars, a mall and a movie theater that served beer! We will stay here again next time in Salt Lake City.
“Very comfy accomidations”
We stay in SLC quite often, but have never stayed here before. We were extremely satisfied guests, and would not only stay here again, but would sent our friends and family here also. Thank You Sheraton and Expedia.
“Not bad for construction going on”
We stayed then night of a convention and we couldn't hear it from our room which was nice. The bed was good but we did not like the pillows. The staff was very friendly and polite. Wish we would have know that they were doing some work on the floors, we could hear that, but they stopped working at about 7:00.
