"The location of hotel was perfect close to everything Salzburg has to offer. It is very spacious and clean. The room had a free mini bar which I was not aware of as I don’t tend to open the mini bar usually. This is a good perk. A couple of chocolates were left by each side of our bed which was a nice touch. Breakfast was first class with omelettes and eggs made to order. Our stay was actually for 6 nights and on Day 2 we had a dreadful smell of drains in the room. This increased on Day 3 resulting in a sleepless night and a request for change of room. The staff eventually provided an upgraded room and a 25% discount on one night’s stay. We would though be more than happy to go back to this high class hotel."

"Excellent staff in reception and excellent food in the restaurant. We will certainly return. Negatives: just a personal preference for harder pillows. The room is slightly small, little space around the bed. The coffee machine and kettle too high for us, short people!!!"

"Très bon petit déjeuner varié, chambre poussiéreuse, taie d'oreiller trouée, rideau déchiré, coulisses sur les murs. La personne au check-in nous a mal informé sur les avantages de la carte Guess city card, nous avons payé pour des transports qui auraient dû être gratuits. Excellente localisation pour la gare."

"The hotel itself was clean and ultra modern and the room was lovely. It is situated just outside of Salzburg, but the bus is easy to get to within a few minutes walk and takes you straight into the town centre. The only downsides are that there is nothing much in walking distance if you fancy a snack or to get some drinks. Ideally, it would be great if the hotel had a small shop to get these items or even a vending machine. The bar/ restaurant is closed after breakfast on a Sunday and Monday which is a bit strange and does not help the situation. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel."
