“good family hotel”
Very clean,fresh water and cofee 24/7 at the front desk. Good breakfast;,for the price is a bargain; Will be back next time we travel to san antonio.
“happy with our stay”
the room was clean and comfortable. very close to the mall( 5 min walk) and about a 10 minute walk to riverwalk and alamo. the hotel did not seem ghetto or unsafe which im happy with. the breakfast was great, yogurt, fruit, waffles, cereals, eggs and potatoes juices, breads. coffees and teas were always available -not only for breakfast. the front desk people were nice, there was one lady in the morning breakfast area that seemed a little irritated with the guests because they ran out of potatoes and she didnt like that everyone kept asking if they were going to be bringing out more. but they eventually brought out more and they were great. my overall experience was pretty perfect! my favorite part was the bed. we will definitely go back to this hotel.
“Great Location”
The location was great. Just a couple of blocks to the Alamo, River walk and walking distance to the Alamo Dome. Hotel staff was very nice. The breakfast buffet was good. I even found time to enjoy the pool. Our stay was a great experience and I will be a return customer. Tammy
“A great deal in a convenient location”
This hotel is very close to the Convention Center, River Walk, and RiverCenter (downtown San Antonio) but is more reasonably priced than some of the others nearby. Despite construction across the street (10/2010), it was quiet and clean.
“Will stick with this hotel for future trips to SA”
The hotel was conveniently located to rivercenter mall, Alamo, riverwalk strip. Everything was within walking distance and I felt really safe walking around the streets late at night. The hotel was excellent. Only complaints are that instead of a king bed, I was given a queen. The air conditioner did not cool the room effectively, felt more fresh then cool. The bathroom needed a little more cleaning. On the positive side, breakfast was great! Warm waffles, english muffins, scrabbled eggs and ham, etc. The thing I liked is that even though breakfast ends at 10 am, the staff still continued to replenish finished items till the very end. Hotel staff were also extremely friendly and attentive. I will most definitely be staying at this hotel every time I go to SA.

Loved the location. Never had to use our car to visit any of the sites or walk on the river. The front desk staff was very eager to help and please. Haven't been to a Hampton Inn I didn't like.

Very convenient to the Riverwalk. Would definitely stay there again.
“Good Room for a Good Value”
This hotel was only a block away from the Mall and Alamo area. We really saved money because parking was free and the included breakfast was great. We can't wait to go back!
“Perfect location for the price!”
With S.A. being a busy tourist town this hotel was in a great spot. It was a minute from Interstate 37 and walking distance from the Alamo and other cool spots. The breakfast is a standard Hampton Inn breakfast, which is fine with me and the staff was very friendly and worked hard to keep up with the busy demand. Great Job!!!!
