This place is perfect. Especially if youā€™re just looking to be close to all the fun stuff such as Sea World, La Jolla, Belmont etc. cost effective, decently clean and never felt unsafe. Definitely a hidden gem. No need to spend extra $$$ when you got this place to provide.

The staff was nice and quick to fix things- the outside is showing its age but the inside is well renovated; beautifully updated and nice fridges and tvs and has a microwave! Very nice price as well for whats included.. however I think they forgot to out the mattress back on the box spring cause thats what the bed felt like...

It was a bed the room was made up well the carpet in the room was coming up like it had water damage or not put down properly. Easily someone could trip on the waves in the carpet if not careful. No odors the bathroom was clean so I was fine with everything. Thanks
