Property Amenities
Casual and contemporary, the family-friendly Ocean Park Inn is situated along the boardwalk at San Diego's Pacific Beach. Bicycles and beach equipment can be rented across the street, and other beach activities, including swimming, volleyball, and surfing, are available nearby. The surrounding area offers many restaurants, shops, and nightclubs.
A heated outdoor swimming pool and spa are located in the hotel's courtyard overlooking the ocean. Massage therapy sessions can be scheduled.
Complimentary Continental breakfast is served daily in a breakfast room and outdoors adjacent to the pool. Complimentary coffee and juice are available 24 hours a day.
The underground parking garage provides direct elevator access to the lobby and guestrooms. Fines apply for smoking outside of designated areas.
Rooms
All of the Ocean Park Inn's guestrooms feature a patio or balcony. With modern decor, the rooms also feature contemporary furniture, flat screen TVs, iPod docks that double as alarm clocks, refrigerators and microwaves, and in-room safes. Additional amenities include coffeemakers, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, and a closet.

“Wonderful view and great service”
I went to San Diego before but the reason this stay stand out from the previous ones is the hotel I stayed in. The first thing that comes to my mind is location - it's located right in front of the beach and in a lively neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants around. Seaworld is also close. The second best thing is the service staff and the reception desk. Sachin was of great help for each and every travel tip, restaurant coupons and even beach toys for my 2 yr old son. A lemonade bottle was kept in front of the reception and I made full use of it. The morning breakfast was adequate. The only downside is that the carpets, furniture and the look of the hotel is a bit dated. However, given the overall value, I would like to compromise on those.
“Perfect hotel for family vacation”
The hotel is on the boardwalk, so it is just steps from the ocean. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Employees at the front desk helped us determine places to eat, and all of their recommendations were great. Ocean Park Inn was convenient, clean and safe. Parking was on site with a small daily charge due to the boardwalk location. We traveled with a six-year-old and were very satisfied with this hotel.

“Great location”
This hotel was in a great location on Pacific beach. The beach was just right, restaraunts were within walking distance and very nice. There are tons of places to try within a couple blocks and great places to go out at night within walking distance as well. The actual room was pretty nice for the price as well.
“Great Location and Place to Stay, Resonably Priced”
I will be back to this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Almost all rooms face the ocean. From Most 2nd and 3rd floor rooms you can see the ocean from your bed. This hotel is a great deal considering the ocean is steps away and the rooms and service are great.
“Fabulous Stay !!!”
My boyfriend and I went to San Diego for the first time in February and stayed at the Ocean Park Inn. Let me just say this was a great hotel to stay in. The staff was fabulously helpful and very pleasant!! Great complimentary breakfast every morning. Upgraded us to the third floor upon our arrival to have a better view of the ocean. Would highly recommnend this hotel for anyone visiting the San Diego area !!! thank you Ocean Park Inn !!
“Super Friendly Staff”
The hotel staff was super friendly. They helped us out a lot with directions and printed our boarding passes when we left. We would recommend this hotel 100%. We had a really great time in PB. We really liked the underground parking because no one else could get down there so we felt safe. Worth the $7 a night. Thanks to the staff for everything!
“Great Location with Ocean View”
It has safe underground parking for your vehicle. Good continental breakfast served for 3 plus hours. You are right on the ocean. You can walk to all the food places and shops. No need to drive anywhere. This is the second time I stayed here and I will probably stay here every time I go to San Diego.
