“excellent vacation place and golf area”
very nice place and friendly and very scenic.
“Delightfull--Quiet -Ideal place for a lost week”
Very quiet peacefull area right on the golf course,the room was very niice ,except for the air conditioner which was a little on the noisey side.The room was adjacent to the resturant,which served good food at good prices.Expedia got real good prices on the rooms,so we will be ready to return.
“Very nice facility”
Very nice stay at this hotel attached to a golf course country club. The room was nice and service was good. The restaurant served good meals although at $150 for two, the New Year's Eve dinner was way overpriced. Having said that, we'd stay again.
“Very, Very Nice, Great place to stay again”
Our room had two beds, with beautiful bedding and plenty of pillows. It had a view of the golf course and a small patio for morning coffee. The room had plenty of room and was very clean and very comfortable. We would stay they again. The dining room had a great breakfast in the morning, and the location was great if you are wanting to visit Julian.

if your goal is other than playing golf at their course, it seems like the location is a bit far from just about everything else. i stayed here because the nearest hotel/casino was twice as much. very happy about my choice and very happy with the actual hotel. the only gripe is the location as it's just about 10 minutes from everything. i guess it was something i didn't expect but should have researched. great hotel.
“Nice relaxing atmosphere”
This is a great place to stay. Unfortunately the hot tub was under repair so we missed out on that but it was on a golf course, visited Julian and Barona Casino. Nice Place!
“A Romantic Getaway”
The San Vicente Resort was a complete pleasure. The room was spacious and cool with a lovely view of the golf course from the good-sized patio. The bed was very comfortable with luxurious bedding, and we were very pleased with the bathroom as well. We had a fantastic breakfast every morning in the dining room overlooking either the pool or the golf course, and the lounge in the evening was always friendly and fun. The staff at the resort were wonderful...very friendly and helpful. It's a bit out of the way from San Diego (in Ramona), but we always enjoyed the little jaunt and felt like the San Vicente was our "little haven" out in the country. Highly recommended!

“GREAT STAY”
The room was VERY spacious with comfortable beds, a large refrigerator, nice sitting area etc. I missed high speed internet and my Cell phone broadband did not get good reception, but a golf resort is not necessarily a place you would expect to provide computer service. The food was excellent with very reasonable prices even before the $4.00 a day food vouches we were given. The out door patio was lovely with a view of the golf course. We noticed NO problems with golf course noise-- as was mentioned by other reviewers, and out room was at the parking lot level. There were rooms one level below and one level above-- no elevators, but the stairs were safe and not a problem. Parking was convenient. We will stay here again.
