“Would recommend to anyone”
Lovely hotel, 2 minutes from Fishermans Wharf. When we went there was free coffee (available to go) and a Wine Reception in the afternoon. The staff were great, friendly and attentive. The attached Cafe was equally as nice and value for money. Was being renovated as we left so can't wait to go back and see it!
“Nice View”
the hotel was located perfectly for wharf access via walking. It was clean the staff was friendly and other than the room being a littly tiny and that there is only valet parking available it was definatley a place we will book twice.
“Short stay in San Francisco”
Really enjoyed the location and atmosphere of the hotel. Quite charming. Rooms are a little on the small side but all the amenities are there. Beautifully decorated and great, helpful staff. One block from Fisherman's Wharf. Would stay here again.
“Wonderful Stay at this Hotel”
The hotel was in a great location on Fisherman's Wharf - it was nice to be out of the city centre with the major attractions still within walking distance. The room was very nice and really clean. I had a great stay here, and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Francisco. The staff were also very helpful and attentive. There is not a bad thing I can say about this hotel.

Great location, 2 min walk to Boudin's bakery/the piers and 5 min walk to Ghiardelli and trolleys. Clean, w/ good concierge service and friendly helpful staff.
“Fabulous location!”
Fabulous location--walking distance to EVERYTHING we wanted to do. Had a lovely view of Coit Tower from the window.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions and made suggestions about where to eat.
“Nice place to stay”
Renovation in the lobby was a little weird and it didn't have the big hotel feel I'm used to, but the staff was super friendly, efficient, and the rooms were kept clean. Requests were fulfilled the first time we asked. No complaints and you can't beat the location if you want near transportation and the wharf.
“Great location, friendly accommodating staff”
Stayed here just one night on a trip through San Francisco. They let us check into our room at 10:30 am since we were there and they had a room available. within walking distance to the Wharf and North Beach, where we discovered some great restaurants. Chinatown is also within walking distance if you are feeling ambitious. Hotel staff was very friendly, brought hot chocolate up to the room for the kids. Room clean, very nice, recently remodeled. Valet even took us down to our car when we needed our umbrellas.
