“PARENTAL ADVISORY FOR THIS REVIEW”
I pretty much went to this hotel solely for the purpose of making love to my girl friend, and we were pretty loud. Basically my main point here is that they had good sound proofing, because nobody called to complain about us. I couldn't really hear anyone else either, no footsteps from upstairs or the like. The only exception to not being able to hear anything is water running through the pipes, and this only applied when you were literally standing in the bathtub with your ear pressed against the wall (haha try not to imagine things here). As for everything else, the bed was well made with no bed bugs, the carpets weren't dirty, nor the bathroom tiles, and everything was in good order. They even had a complimentary PC with high speed internet. My only /complaint/ was that they had too many sheets on the bed that I had no idea what to do what with.
“Near SFO but not too near”
I wanted a place near the airport but not actually at the airport (SFO). There are a lot of comparable chain hotels near SFO, but most of them are basically right off the end of the runway. This was perfect; only a few miles away, easy highway access without feeling like it's on the highway, and good quality. Pleasing atrium and restaurant; liked the free internet access and free parking.
“Generally an excellent stay.”
I have stayed in this hotel a few times and although a little more pricy than ones I normally stay with it is definitely worth the extra. I particularly like the bar attached to the hotel. The staff there are really friendly and there seems to be always something going on in there. If there was a negative I would say the breakfast and some of the breakfast staff let the hotel down. I hasten to add there is nothing wrong with the food but there is a confusing menu which was not explained very well. If you picked the wrong dishes from the buffet you could get charged more than you expect. Some of the staff although polite were very abrupt.
“Treated like Royalty”
From the time I walked into the Hotel, I was greeted with such kindness from a staff that was professional and really concerned about what they could do for me. My room wasn't ready, because my plane had arrived early; so they called housekeeping and arranged for a room to be cleaned so I didn't have to wait no more than 15 minutes. The front desk young lady had the concierge hold my bags in a room and lead me to an area where I could sit and have Starbucks coffee and enjoy my surroundings From the room, food, night club, too the ambiance of the hotel was amazing!! I would definitely stay there again and get the word out that this is the place to stay if you want to be treated like royalty. Thank you,
“Great experience”
Due to motion sensor light switch in the bathroom, that light kept coming on all night. We had to sleep with the bathroom door closed because the light would not stay off. Other than that small thing, the stay was very comfortable. The room was clean when we got there and housekeeping did an excellent job the next day as well. The club was loud on Friday and Saturday night but we knew that before we booked this room. The hotel gives you ear plugs if necessary but we didn't find that we needed them. Overall, I would definitely book this hotel again and recommend it to friends and family.
“Good Place To Stay”
Fun hotel with indoor pool. Close to freeways. Windy but indoor pool was great to use. Food was good. Had large Sunday Brunch. Seafood was so so.
“Great Hideaway”
We live in the bay area, but just needed a hideaway. We enjoyed our stay, and plan to do this regularly. We did learn however, put the do not disturb sign on the door if you dont want the maids to continuesly try to come in and clean the room in the morning. Other than that we are thrilled with our find!

“A Great Hotel”
It was a very clean hotel and organize. Everyone was very nice and helpful whenever it was needed. I had a great time at the pool and the gym which most of the time were empty. The food was great and they had a big variety. A shopping mall and other restaurants were near by. A little expensive if you don't have a car to travel into San Francisco. Also the hotel did not warn me before of charging a deposit even after already paying for the hotel.
“Great Hotel”
One of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in! The staff were friendy, helpful, and accomodating. They had complimentary shuttle service to and from the SFO airport, Hertz rental car on site and it is not too far away from San Francisco either! The hotel also had 3 different restaurants on site and plenty more within walking distance. Because there are so many dining choices at the hotel, I didn't need to go anywhere else for meals and the food was excellent! The hotel featured an Italian restaurant, a sports bar and a Japanese restaurant. Plenty of choices for being there just for a weekend! If you like to travel with convenience, this is definitely a great hotel to stay in and one that I will come back to!
