“Wonderful atmosphere”
The staff was very helpful. The location is very convenient to everything. I would definitely stay there again if I could only afford another trip. I rate this hotel and workers superior.
“Meeting trip March 2012”
Very clean rooms. Location was great, right next to a cablecar route, a streetcar, and a BART station. You could go anywhere in SF easily on public transportation from this hotel. Hit the Walgreens across the street and get a public transportation pass and you will be set to see all the sights of SF without breaking your budget on taxis. The only potential downside was that some of the nearby restaurants are not open for dinner, the hotel restaurant is average (had dinner there one evening), although the breakfast buffet did look very nice while I was grabbing my free coffee in the mornings. First time staying in the financial district, but will probably stay here again on future trips.
“fun in the city”
We had a great weekend in San Francisco staying at the Hyatt parking is just around the corner and we saved a few bucks there the location was excellent and I can't say enough about our stay what fun we had we will be coming back soon
“Lovely hotel”
Wonderful bed, nice view
“Perfectly located”
Took the BART from the airport for $8.10 ( 30min) to the hotel and arrived at the front door. Cable car is also at the front door. Asked for the best room possible and got a bay view on the 12th floor. Room was perfect, the bed was grand and the service was awesome. Ferry building out the side door, perfect to get fresh fruit and foods for breakfast, get on a cable car and go sightseeing. Get a three day pass (MUNI), well worth it. I'll be back....
“" Can't wait to go back"”
Would recommend the hotel to anyone. Awesome staff, very helpful. Walking distance from restaurants, shops and various activities.
“San Francisco's "Grandest" hotel!”
If you want to stay somewhere that is "top notch", and truly a home away from home, this is the place! I loved having the balcony to sit out on in the morning! The lobby is absolutely georgeous! I would love to go back!
“Great experienc”
Wonderful location, close to the Ferry Terminal that has lots of restaurants and a great coffee shop. Easy access to BART/airport route, major MUNI routes and walking distance to Union Square. Room was well appointed and staff courteous and housekeeping extremely quick and efficient despite the size of the hotel. Will make this my go-to hotel in San Francisco for future visits.
“Great hotel, great location”
No complaints, only positives. Looking forward to returning.
“Definitely the place to stay...”
