“GREAT Location!”
Great service by the staff and informative on things to do while their in town. Hotel was nice and great location in relation to all attractions in town. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice, and space was nice. If your a person who isn't going to be spending your whole vacation in the hotel room, but want a nice room to come back to and relax in great choice here.
“I'd return”
I like this restored old hotel. The rooms have high ceilings and windows. It's colse to everything.
“Perfect Location for San Francisco”
The Kensington Park Hotel is located right on Union Square on the Powell Cable Car lines. The location was very convenient to major tourist attractions and the accomodations were clean and comfortable.
“Fun Place!”
Nice room, perfect service, great location, can walk right into the Farralon Restaurant!
“Loved it!”
I walked into a very charming lobby with extremely friendly staff. They were all very attentive to my needs and questions. I was given a map of San Francisco to help me get around easily and was given several suggestions of where to eat for a reasonable amount of money. The location of the hotel is very convenient to all attractions in San Francisco, the trolley cars, buses and taxis. Plus it's in a location that you can walk to many places also. I will definitely stay here again when I make my trips to San Francisco for my work.
“Pefect location in San Francisco...it is my hotel of choice always!”
Always a great location and small hotel...I keep going back as it is my "home" when I go to the City!
“Great hotel”
The staff was wonderful. Also enjoyed the fitness center at their sister hotel.

“small but beautiful”
We loved the Kensignton Park hotel. Front desk staff were extremelly nice and helpfull and organised a town car to take us to the airport as it would be more convineant than a cab. The rooms were quite small though as we had four girls sharing one room with two "queen" beds that felt a bit squishy. Decor and interior was lovely and the lobby was absolutely beautiful. No room service but it's in a great location so it wasn't a major drama.
“Great hotel”
Great location. The staff is very kind and always there to help. The building is historic... at some point the carpets at the halls need probably some renovation but the lobby is OK and the bedrooms -most important thing - are very good, spacious, clean and comfortable. There is no restaurant but they have complementary coffee and tea every morning and afternoon. Coffee shop next door (literally) is a good place to have breakfast anyway. It's right on Union Square. Location is ideal for shopping also. At the same street there are great sushi restaurants, so we had everything we needed. There's a 35 USD daily fee per valet parking but considering other parking fees and the good price of the hotel, total was a fair price. This is a hotel I'd definitely recommend.
