“great location”
perfect place to stay, with or without a car.FREE PARKING! can walk to most sights.
“Friendly island inside San Francisco”
The staff were fantastic in all aspects of their service. From showing quests where to sightsee and where not to go. The rooms were big and quiet. One of the very few places you can stay near downtown and park for free! I would recomend the hotel to anyone who is looking for great price, place, and service.

Nice location. Very clean, nice owner. Not very good breakfast but nothing to complaint for the price.
“Great Place to Stay”
This was our 2nd stay at this Inn. Was Not let down. Would recommend to friends. Stayed at another hotel a week later. Should have went back to Nob Hill. Hope to go back when In SF.
“great deal and free parking”
This motel exceeded my expectations with its clean rooms, ammenities and best of all free parking. It will be one to recommend to others who want a place to sleep that is quiet and clean and convenient. If you are looking to impress someone for special occasion, this is not the fancy rooms or luxuries of a high price hotel. The staff is helpful, coffee available, and restaurants nearby.
“Comfortable City Hotel”
For a city center hotel we were pleased to find one that did not charge a third of the rate in parking fees. The manager was friendly, helpful and answered all our questions. The room had all we needed and it was very roomy.

“excellent (and even better considering the price)”
brilliant location - a long way from the bad area of town; polk street is full of shops, cafes, bars, supermarkets etc; plenty of bus stops nearby. extremely friendly - I'd never been to San Fran before, so the receptionist spent 5 minutes of their time highlighting everything on a map for me and how to get there. all the amenities included - free wifi; muffins for breakfast; free parking space; fridge; microwave; coffee maker; bathroom; soap; shampoo etc. can't be beaten for one of the cheapest hotels in the city.
“Very Impressed”
The Hotel is very quaint. Extremely close to excellent restaurants and attractions. 2 blocks from the cable car that takes you to peir 39. All in all we would definetly stay there again! Loved it!
“Super Location”
Nob Hill/ Russian Hill district with FREE PARKING is almost unheard of in San Francisco. Very comfortable and convenient to walk, taxi or streetcar if you are going to Fisherman's wharf of Chinatown. Don't miss the fantastic chinese restaurant just around the corner.
