“ABSOULUTELY LOVED IT”
IT WAS GREAT!!!!!
“Incredible!”
I have stayed in many Hilton Hotels, but this one was incredible! The view from our room was stunning, and everyone on the staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. A definite 5 star experience!
“The Staff makes the difference!”
Although short, my stay at this hotel was memorable. The entire staff made the experience an enjoyable one, and took the time to provide extra assistance as a matter of courtesy. They exemplify true "Customer Service". They have earned my business.
“Very Modern”
Nice place, very clean and well maintained. Has a sparse-modern decor with good service. Extremely convenient for the convention center and downtown is accessible within a short walk. Close to airport- 10min cab ride.
“great hotel, great location”
I stayed there for 3 nights and had a great stay. It is in perfect location in downtown San Jose, near convention centre, transit stops. The hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly and accomodating. I would stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel the location was perfect and close to entertainment and a variety of restaurants. My only issue was the price of the hotel. The hotel was overpriced. They didn't offer hotel shuttle service as the other neighboring hotels did. Overall the hotel was very clean.
“NOT IMPRESSED”
The pool was so small very disappointing. Not for kids at all. The rooms were very hot even with the air condition on while we were gone.

Not all employees let me know what was available to me unless I asked first.How should i know?
“Doubtful I'll return....”
I noticed the air-conditioned wasn't chilling the room... the first night, I was sweating it was so warm. I asked the front desk to have someone check the a/c, while I was out. I returned, and noticed my door was not closed. I also noticed the room was still warm. I called the front desk, and after several minutes was told that engineering had checked the room. I went downstairs to the front desk and spoke with the manager-on-duty, who informed me that engineering hadn't yet checked the room. I went to my conference. Later on, I was told that engineering had indeed entered the room from before, and they've made the adjustments to cool the room. No one ever acknowledged why my room was accidentally left unsecure -- I'm thankful none of my belongings were stolen. For my inconvenience, my in-room-dining (breakfast of $25) was comped. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
