"The location is a bit of a walk from the main sites but the hotel was beautiful and nicely decorated. The staff were very welcoming and helpful when we had issues with the AC and needed help booking taxis. Overall we had a pleasant stay!"

"We had a fantastic stay in this hotel in Florence. The room exceeded our expectations—it was spacious, bright, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated how well-maintained and inviting it felt after a full day of exploring the city. The location was another major highlight. Most of Florence's main attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas were within easy walking distance, which made getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, this hotel offered the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay while visiting Florence."

"This hotel is conveniently located 8-9 minutes from the train station and about 15 minutes walk from the Central Market and Duomo. There are also a lot of food options nearby that are delicious. The room was clean and the AC was great! Though the bed was a bit hard and the trash collection trucks did wake me up a few nights. If you don’t mind the noise (depending on what day of the week you stay in) then this is a good hotel to stay in."

"Extremely convenient location from train station and walking distance to everything we needed including Duomo and Mercado Centrale and leather markets. Lots of Restaurant and gelato options. Rain forest shower didn’t work in our room but the handheld worked fine. Air conditioning is a must and ours worked very well! Breakfast was good, must make reservation since only 7 tables for the 18 rooms. Biggest negative was NO elevator so must lug your luggage up a pretty long flight of stairs when you enter building."

"Great location. 10 min walk from the fast train station, and 10 min walk to the centre of Florence. Loved the free bag check, since we arrived really early, and also free checked our bags upon leaving so we could explore for the day without them, before our evening train. Rooftop area had a great view but the drinks were really expensive!"
