"Our room was a loft. So beautiful and spacious, the hotel is centrally located and looks like renovated to r brand new. The breakfast is just ok."

"The main issue with this hotel is it is just in no way worth the cost. Other than having a stellar location and being on the beach, the hotel has not kept up with changing times. For the cost, things like usb chargers, functioning air conditioning, and customer service should be key. You could also hear the tvs in the room next door very clearly in the rooms. The shower is a bath with no cover so water gets all over the floor. We had an item broken by housekeeping which the hotel was helpful in providing a reimbursement for, but you’d expect at least a letter left on your bed or something advising you of a decision instead of having to go up and ask after you didn’t get a response for over 24 hours. When we checked out, there wasn’t even a “thanks for staying with us.” For $600 a night, it just isn’t worth it at all."

"Wonderful hotel and lovely staff who were always helpful. Excellent location with everything you need in close walking distance. Rooms were spacious and well kept, and breakfast buffet was always delicious."

"Lovely building and entrance to hotel and the suite we stayed in was generally clean and tidy. Disappointed with the fact the restaurant was closed whilst we were there as we were looking forward to eating there. The suite was large and spacious but unfortunately on most nights the outside noise could be heard which is understandable. The only real negative was the last night as we had huge amount of noise due to the masses of teens outside from 9pm all the way till 6am which meant we literally couldn’t get any sleep. Breakfast was ok but not a huge choice. Not the best value for what we paid but overall decent enough"
