“Loved the Wine Valley Inn!!!!!!”

I booked two rooms, one for my husband and me, the other for my mother and my three sons ages 13, 12, and 6. Our room has a king size bed, perfect for a couple, the other has two queen beds. We all loved our rooms! they were very spacious, super clean and comfortable. We just loved the fireplace and all the amenities we had in the rooms. The breakfast was delicious! The staff was very friendly and accomodating to our needs. I cannot say enough about this hotel and the staff...AMAZING, WONDERFUL!!!! We made reservations for our summer get-away already!

Charming place with beautiful grounds and within walking distance of anything in downtown Solvang. We walked to all restaurants easily and other stores. Wonderful visit.

The hotel itself is charming, but we were able to get one of the cottages by the ponds and bridges and it was one of the best places we have ever stayed. We have already recommended it to two people who visit Solvang regularly.

The hotel is wonderful it's close to everything, everything was in walking distance we did not have to move our car for the time we were there! Solvang is beautiful, peaceful, most of all relaxing. Thank you for letting us stay in such a beautiful town

The Wine Valley Inn is a great place to stay. it was clean, quiet, and conveniently located in the heart of Solvang. The people who worked there were very nice. We especially liked the gardens where my husband and I ate our meals when we didn't want to go out. We enjoyed our walks in town or in the back country just a few blocks away. Just a few minutes away we enjoyed our visit at Santa Inez and the Mission Santa Inez.

The Wine Valley Inn was the second stop of our 2 day trip down the PCH (Pacific Coast Highway). Nice location. Very comfortable. When we checked in, I requested a quiet room near the back and without any hassle, our wish was granted. Rooms are on the small side, we had 2 double beds, but it was only going to be for one night. Could have easliy stayed a couple of more nights. Breakfast was very good. Free parking and Wifi. Everything (shopping, food and entertainment) all within walking distance. Nice liitle town. Thank you Wine Vally Inn.

“Great location, good for short stays”

Our last trip to Solvang wasn't as great because we arrived too late in the day and the town was already pretty much closed down. This time we made it into town earlier in the day and it was packed. Since it was over the holidays, the town was dressed up with decorations. There were so many more people that we saw on our last trip. The Wine Valley Inn is in a great location and walkable to the rest of the town. It was nice to be able to walk to and from the various restaurants, shops and especially the bakeries. Our room was small but comfortable. They are decorated nicely and quite clean. The bathrooms are a good size, plenty of counter space. Bed was also really soft and easy to fall asleep in. The Inn is on a quieter street so not a lot of ambient noise, maybe if you have noisy neighbors (which we didn't). The only minor nit was I thought the rooms might need to be better ventilated or maybe aired out a bit more often. When we first walked it it was a bit stale, but we left the door open for a bit (which was crazy cause it was in the 30s when we were there) and it was fine.
