“We were impressed!”
Desk clerk was very cheerful and helpful . The wife of the couple that checked in ahead of us had left her purse at a shop nearby. The clerk personally called the shop and spoke with the manager. She got her purse back! To me this was an indication of the quality of the hotel and staff. The breakfast was outstanding.
“Great Stay”
We spent 3 nights and enjoyed every one. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Alex especially gave us suggestions and directions for the area. They have a nice breakfast burrito bar each morning and the rooms and outside are typical Santa Fe style. Friedndlist folks anywhere and nice surroundings. Couldn't be happier.
“Confortable and close to the the plaza”
Clean room with a Santa Fe flavor. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evening after wandering all over the plaza during the day. The only draw back was low water pressure, but the free breakfast and the friendly service more than made up for it. I would return to this Inn.
“Great place to stay”
Liked the room and short distance to other attractions.
“Comfortable, clean and convenient.”
This hotel is convenient to the Plaza, shops and resaurants. It is very clean and comfortable and within easy walking distance to the major tourist attractions in Santa Fe . I have always enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
“Simple Clean Coveniient”
Room was comfortable.Breakfast was good with many varied selections.Parking was safe and included staff was young and helpful . Simple walk to Plaza, shopping and museums. Not elegant but would stay again.
“Mirror's it's surroundings.”
Nice clean room and close to great shopping. Very nice breakfast buffet. It's a wonderful place to stay!
“Great Place in Santa Fe”
An easy walk to the plaza in Santa Fe, the Old Santa Fe Inn boasts small but comfortable, clean rooms, an enthusiastic staff, and a great breakfast bar. It has to be the best value for a downtown experience in the Land of Enchantment.
“Great location and very comfortable”
My boyfriend and I made last minute plans to switch a hotel room in Albuquerquee to a night in Santa Fe. We were so fortunate to find an available room at this hotel so near the middle of town, with a great rate as well. It was very cute..almost like staying at someone's hacienda; not a hotel. The staff was amazing and very personable. The bed was comfortable and the room decor was really tasteful, with a nice bathroom. Really top notch. It was great being able to walk into the center of town, only a two block walk, have dinner and margaritas, and not worry about having to drive home. So glad we found the Old Santa Fe Inn!
“My husband was pleasantly surprised by my find.”
We thought we were taking a chance, especially since the hotel was near the capital and not in the plaza, but this turned out to be a bonus. Free parking right outside the room! The fireplace was a bonus. The linens, especially the down comforters, were fresh and clean. The bathroom small but with an additional sink area it suited us. The evening staff was top notch and gave us excellent dining suggestions and even made reservations for us. We'll go back, for sure. My husband liked the price, too.
