“Great Hotel”
This is the 3rd hotel (or B&B) that we have stayed at in the past 3 years and it was far and away the best of the 3. The service was fabulous, the location was perfect and the price was very fair. We will be back.
“another great time”
We have stayed at this property before. This time we stayed at the Haciendas. Cool. We had a butler, who would get you things you requested. Made sure you had water, tea, and coffee. Continental breakfast was included on 6th floor beautiful view. If you eat at the hotel restaraunt the continental is free and you can order ANYTHING on the menu for $4 !!!!! It is the only hotel owned by the Natives and is wonderful.
“Hacienda Heaven”
The Hacienda at the Hotel Santa Fe was a wonderful hotel. My wife & I wanted to get away for a week, and couldn't have picked a nicer place to do so. The hotel is a short walk to the Plaza, and has a wonderful restaraunt on site. The Butler service in the Hacienda was incredible, like a personal concierge service. I highly recommend it to everyone.
“Excellent Stay”
Absolutely perfect stay. Staff is extremely helpful and nice. Continental Breakfast was included in our rate and it was very nice. We were offered to upgrade it to a buffet breakfast for a discounted price in the main restaurant, but didn't need to. Rooms are very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
“Hacienda at Hotel Santa Fe”
The Hotel Santa Fe is the only Indian-owned hotel in New Mexico. We have stayed at the Hacienda (new building on the hotel grounds) and enjoy its handsome Native American decorations, the terrific staff and the excellent food. It's easy to walk to the shops and Plaza. The hotel's jitney service is an excellent way to get to tourist attractions and avoid the expense and hastle of down town parking. Try it!
“Great location; close enough to Plaza but far enough away from the action.”
Very clean and spacious room (we had a king-fireplace). Free shuttle service to/from the Plaza is great. Concierge helpful. Butler helpful. Front desk staff could have been a little friendlier. Restaurant service a little laid back but not unattentive. Complimentary continental breakfast was perfect (nice selection). Pool area small but very relaxing.
“Great Santa Fe stay!”
The staff was courteous and attentive during arrival and entire stay. The room was large and well appointed in Southwest style including a fireplace. A bit rustic for those used to "big city" accommodations. But suited us very well. The Hacienda private lounge offers an adequate breakfast, but really does well as a place to relax outside of your room. My wife and I enjoyed relaxing messages at the hotel spa. Great location - close to downtown square and Canyon Road, but far enough away to not feel the crowds.
“Great Art!”
I was really impressed with the Southwest art throughout the hotel. A few blocks from downtown, but complimentary bus and taxi service was available.
“Super hotel!”
Beautiful and clean southwestern style room. Very good continental breakfast and appetizers in the evening. Butler on duty most of the time to help and answer questions. Only .6 mile to the plaza, so we walked everywhere. Very quiet. Pretty pool and jacuzzi area. Would definitely go back!
“Nice Hotel in Santa Fe NM”
Everything in this hotel was very well appointed. Room was clean and very nicely decorated. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is one other place in Santa Fe that I'd like to try should I visit again, but I'd certainly recommend this hotel no problem.
