“Excellent choice if going to Las Condes”
Excellent location in Las Condes, within walking distance of several excellent restaurants. Due to heavy traffic and several large towers under construction nearby, getting to and leaving from the hotel might be difficult (and the subway is 7 blocks away). Good rooms, reasonably quiet and well maintained. Nice pool at the 17 th floor, although when we were at the hotel, there were a number of unattended noisy children. Breakfast was excellent and the food at the restaurants was remarkable (but with few local dishes). I would strongly recommend the hotel, specially if your activities in Santiago are concentrated in the Las Condes/Providencia/Vitacura neighborhoods.

The executive suite was very large with lots of space. Included a small kitchenette with refrigerator. It was a lovely room to recover from a long flight. Very clean! We had a lovely dinner in the pub on the top floor. The included breakfast was excellent.

“Loved the staff and location”
We feel we got lucky in choosing the Hotel Plaza El Bosque; it was comfortable, clean and the location was perfect; we had so many dinner choices within blocks and the Metro was close by. Highly recommended.
“New favorite hotel in Santiago”
I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was and the location was perfect, in the beautiful, very safe Las Condes area of Santiago. The room was very comfortable and clean with a very comfortable bed and nice linens.The hotel looked new. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety and the restaurant has a beautiful view of the city.
“Perfect place to stay in Santiago”
Beautiful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, perfect location for us. They will arrange livery taxi service from the airport (we thought this would be a hotel transport, so the charge was a little bit of a surprise, but this was similar to how much a regular taxi cost also). Altogether, it was a safe, pleasant place to stay within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and about 2 miles to the city center. I would choose to stay here again.
“Amazing Hotel...total bliss and the best breakfast in south america!”
Wonderful hotel, beautiful clean rooms, gorgeous pool with stunning views of the city on the 17th floor. Sumptious buffet breakfast with everything you can imagine to eat, and sauna, gym and jacuzzi all free to use. Very helpful staff when we arrived at 4am who let us check in early and kept us fed and watered in their lobby with free tea and biscuits until then!
“Santiago's Best Hotel”
We could not have asked for a better hotel during our visit to Santiago, Chile. While you can certainly take advantage of the restaurants in the area, do not pass up El Enebro or the 17th Floor Park Club. There is no better view of the Andes Mountains unless you are on top of the mountains yourself. The services ere exceptional from the front desk, consierge, cleaning staff, wait staff, and of course to the bartenders. They are welcoming and eager to assist you with any request.
