Terrific Staff. Very good breakfast. I am glad Expedia told me about the breakfast and I included it in the reservation. The breakfast was cheaper by including it in the reservation. Free WiFi. The hotel down the street charged for WiFi. Free Newspapers both in English and Spanish. Great View of ocean from hotel room. Hotel room was very quiet at night. Slept well every night.

They front desk and concierge service helped us out immensely the entire stay. They called cabs for us when we were out sight seeing to addressing any other issues that came up. We thoroughly enjoyed everything!

It was my second time at the Intercontinental V Centenario Santo Domingo. Very Professional staff and very friendly people. I was treated like a King not very often you can find a hotel that treats you good. The hotel is very business like for cooperate people and good food.
“Comfort and Safe for a 4 Star Hotel”
My major concern when I visit DR is drinking the water or having a drink with ice cubes. This Hotel had filtrated water which was a extreme plus so I could drink and not get sick. The room was extremely comfortable and the maid service made the to be totally clean and I had a small party one night the room was a mess but the next day it was back to when I first walked thru the door. I would definitely revisit this hotel in the future. Great Price for a 4 Star Hotel I do suggest to get the presidental floor suites for the added every day happy hour on the top floor.
“I would stay here again”
The hotel staff was very friendly and eager to please. The breakfast buffet was great! We had a nice room with a nice view of the ocean and it also look over the pool. The only bad thing is they didn't have our room ready upon arrival and we had to wait about 30 mins but they did offer complimentary drinks to us while we waited.

The hotel stay was excellent. The service was great. The rooms were elegant and super clean.The bed was VERY comfortable. I will absolutely stay there again.

Overall this is a great place to stay. Great food, clean, smells good, comfortable and stylish without the pretentiousness, professional and accommodating staff and awesome views of the Santo Domingo skyline as well as the Caribbean Sea! I would definitely consider a return visit!
