My husband and I stayed at Pegasus for our anniversary trip and we couldn’t have been happier! The hotel’s at a prime location with so many cafes and restaurants nearby, and only 20 min walk to Fira. Staff were all so friendly, especially Maria at reception. She was very welcoming and hospitable, and gave us so many recommendations for local restaurants and basic information about the island as it was our first time in Santorini. Overall a very pleasant stay. A nice sunset view from the balcony and we enjoyed our hot tub every night!

We had a fabulous stay for our honeymoon. The views are breathtaking, the room was beautiful and the staff really helpful and welcoming making our stay extra special. It would be 5/5 for all areas but we had a few issues with the electric and the fittings hanging off the wall in the shower. Minor bits that I'm sure will be resolved.

We stayed in Pegasus for 4 nights. We opted to rent a car in santorini and the hotel had safe and easy access parking, the phone map takes you directly to it. Upon checkin we were greeted with champagne and an amazing view of the caldera! We booked the honeymoon suite with our own private patio & outside jacuzzi. On our first night we watched the sunset in our own balcony and we again were greeted with wine on the house while we enjoy the view. The daily breakfast buffet was also super amazing! We had everyday we were there! They had daily cleaning of our room so every-time we came back from breakfast the room was made brand new again! The location was far from oia (we drove to it) but definitely walkable to firostefani & fira. Walking at night to fira to eat and drink was amazing. I wanted to eat at the Athenian house which was conveniently walking distance from Pegasus. This is definitely the most relaxing & quiet stay we have had, just enjoy the view & each others company. Lastly, the staff at Pegasus are amazing!! We met so many of them and they all talk to you and give you suggestions and tips. John from breakfast everyday basically memorizes everyone that comes in and how they want their coffees. Andreas from maintenance was always kind and checked in on us. Make sure you tip them!!! They make this place awesome! Will definitely be back again & suggest this stay to anyone!

Tranquility and Breathtaking Views
Great hotel and in a more quiet area. Views are spectacular and the staff goes out of their way to meet all of your needs. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices, and it is about a mile from Fira. Worth every penny especially if you want great sunsets and a tranquil place

Maria and Louiza were two of my favorite employees. Their upbeat attitudes, professional approach, and vibrant personalities made our stay memorable. We were always greeted with a friendly smile and we were made to feel extremely welcome. Their local knowledge was exceptional, and our holiday would not have been nearly as fun if they had not recommended restaurants and attractions.

Wonderful location with a stunning view. The entire team at Pegasus are extremely helpful and friendly! A fair amount of steps on the property but hey... you're in Santorini ...so steps are a part of life. I look forward to returning soon and enjoying some of the best greek salads, grilled Octopus, and Saganaki I've ever had...right in the hotel restaurant.

We stayed at Pegasus Spa Hotel for 5 nights, and from check in to check out our experience was superb! Maria at reception and concierge was truly a gem! She helped arrange my boyfriend and I an incredible boat tour, and even after visiting 3 Greek destinations, we both say the boat tour was the best memory! The staff is kind, they smile and ask how you are whenever they see you. The room was beautiful, and incredible comfortable! Breakfast was amazing, and the service was outstanding. One day I was outside reading, and one of the breakfast servers brought me over a glass of champagne! They truly know how to make you feel safe, welcome, and valued! I would HIGHLY recommend staying at Pegasus Spa Hotel if you decide to travel to Santorini. Every single excellent review is true. :) Thank you, Pegasus Spa Hotel staff for making our vacation one we will remember for the rest of our lives.

Property has nice view life changing. I booked for our honeymoon. The area is not touristy but still got the vibe. The staff were all friendly especially the lady who welcomed us. They also carried our bag all the way. There is also parking. If you are not a good driver though and you plan to drive back to hotel at night in the dark, you have to be very careful. It is pitchdark at night and morning before sunrise. Otherwise I recommend this property. Memorable honeymoon for us. Thank you

The hotel is located between Fira and Imerovigli, which means it's easy to walk to either town. This also means it's a quiet spot compared to both towns (very private too). There are many dining options in walking distance. Hotel is in excellent shape and the staff are constantly cleaning and working to upkeep the facilities. We loved our room! And we would definitely go back. And the staff are outstanding! Very friendly and super helpful. We enjoyed breakfast at the resort every day and they do quite the spread. The main pool is awesome, but our room also had a cave plunge pool, which was very convenient. Originally it was heated, but being from Canada, they turned off the heat at our request and it cooled off very quickly to become a little more refreshing.

Had the best experience here - rooms were very clean and nice. Staff was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable when it came to cabs, renting ATV, reservations, etc. The view is INCREDIBLE, with a great pool. And the location is steps away from so many dining options, supermarket, rental spots, skaros rock etc.

Not a 5 star hotel, far less nice than other properties — rooms outdated, amenities of a 3 star hotel — “private” hot tubs are not clean and not private — furnishings are cheap and outdated — bed is a “mat” on a mattress box — breakfast is cold and tasteless — room hardware (windows, doors, appliances) need updated. You can hear people surrounding you, the wind outside, etc.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at (and I am well travelled around the world!). The service you will receive at Pegasus Spa & Suite Hotel will leave you wanting to extend your stay. Special mention must go to Jon and Kailla who went above and beyond to make my partner and I’s stay that even more memorable. I cannot emphasise how amazing this hotel is! 10/10! Great hotel, but very noisy at night due to the wind and design of the outside area. Food was also far from 5*. Breakfast in particular was one of the oddest / low quality I've seen in years. Worth a stay, but take earplugs and eat out.

Amazing as a honeymoon stay
The hotel is as beautiful as are its surroundings, with magnificent views. Meals were excellent, as were the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The Honeymoon suite with its private plunge pool was exceptional. One note of caution: there needs to be an extra grab rail above the steps between the bedroom and the pool. On the first night I slipped on the shiny steps and fell, cutting ny head. I had to have a doctor out and receive stitches. The staff rallied round and provided extra mats to place on the steps. Greece tends to be generally lax on health and safety issues compared to UK, and the hotel would benefit from having more hand rails, especially up those many long flights of steps. But the honeymoon was very happy overall, and the little treats brought to the suite each afternoon were a lovely touch.

Staff where good and friendly, and location was great for the sunset etc. Disappointed when the shower was draining slowly and asked numerous times to get it fixed and it wasnt and cause it wasnt draining fast enough we where forced to have 2 min showers otherwise it flooded, especially when i was told it was fixed. Also a slight bad odour in the air outside would come and go everyday if you hang out at the hotel.

The views are incredible. Everything you want from Santorini. It is a lot of stairs and a hike up the hill but absolutely worth it. We went on our honeymoon and had an amazing room with fairly private patio and jacuzzi outside. Loved this place and would definitely stay again and recommend to all!

Excellent hotel in a great location.
Really amazing hotel. The views are awesome, location is perfect as it is close to Firá and still in Imerovigli. Rooms with pools or jaccuzis are great, they don't all offer real "private" areas as the hotel has several paths going through terraces, but that's not really an issue. You pay the price but for an amazing experience.

I can't say enough good things about the Pegasus! It was the highlight of our trip. The property has the classic Santorini look - stark white buildings layered on the cliff, overlooking the caldera. It's perfectly situated between other towns, so there's plenty to walk to and great restaurants nearby. From the moment we arrived to the second we left, we were met with outstanding service - so welcoming and accommodating. They even called our room when we slept in a little late to ensure we didn't miss breakfast. If possible, treat yourself to the Angels Suite. There is just nothing like getting to wake up in Santorini, walk out your front door, and step into your own private pool! We had beautiful night views and enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the stars, moon, and planets come out. Since we've been home, we've been dreaming of returning, and we wouldn't stay anywhere other than the Pegasus!
