Service for check in and check out is not good
We arrived with 4 luggages of a 30 day trip around Brazil and no one offer help to manage the luggage bags from the taxi to our room and vice and versa. We had to do it all. Get the cart, load the luggages, bring to our room and unload the luggages and the same process to get put of the hotel. The guy that was working with the lady in the front we we arrive continue to do nothing while we did all of that. That was January 10th at 10:00 pm. Service is very unreliable.

Certainly not a 4 star hotel more of a 2 star.
Poor condition of hotel, room was clean but not upto proper stablndards, cramped. Overall seems dingy and rundown and would certainly avoid. Quite a few things were broken, the tap was also constantly leaking stightly, walls are really thin. The hotel certainly doesnt in anyway meet the 4 star hotel standard, seems more of 2 star hotel. I stayed in a couple of other 4 star hotels in Brazil, there is a stark difference. Positives: breakfast seemed pretty good, very close walk from most offices

Deplorable condition
The condition of the room was deplorable. The floor was dirty and coming apart as well the walls, which were also with signs of humidity. I never expected a situation like this on a hotel of the Intercity chain.

Meu quarto era pessimo. Parecia um quarto de motel barato. Abajur quebrado, escuro, tomadas fora do padrao ABNT, espelho quebrado, a porta da sacada nao abria e a manutencao teve que abri-la com uma chave de fenda, a tv nao funcionava. Ao reclamar na recepcao foi informada de que estes eram os quartos destinados a Expedia (!!!). Nunca mais.

Informo que o apartamento em que reservou não estava neste estado, simplesmente não ficou por conta de ele ser pequeno, esta informação estava na descrição do mesmo, porém a senhora recebeu Up Grade de categoria para nossa Suíte e ainda sem a cobrança de seu acompanhante, desta forma não entendemos sua reclamação.

I do not recommend this hotel!
The rooms were extremely filthy... The bathroom was filled with flies coming out of the sewer (over 20).. the room smelt horrible and the bed sheets were very dirty.

Great location, condition cold be better
Ideal location but unfortunately the hotel wasn't kept in great condition. Rooms could be a lot cleaner (especially the bathroom) and more comfortable for the price you are paying. Breakfast wasn't too bad and the view from the gym and pool makes up for a lot of it!

Very clean hotel, prime location on a budget
I have been coming to this hotel for many years. This was the first time I stayed in the single room, and it is just too small. The hotel is dated, but for a very budget hotel is extremely clean, has a great continental breakfast, a fair gym, and located 3 blocks from many restaurants and shopping iguatemi. If you are used to American hotel chains, choose the double room and you will be ok with the size.

Hotel front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was acceptable by Brazilian standards. The kitchen would prepare freshly made eggs for guests upon request. Coffee was meh. The tub shower area was a bit odd. It had two levels where someone could easily slip.

Excellent staff, room was ok.
The room in this hotel had an 80's layout that made it feel smaller than it really was. A more open layout with a larger bathroom would have felt more comfortable. Nonetheless, the hotel staff made up for that. Receptionists, bellhops, and breakfast attendants were always smiling, and all were interested in making sure we were happy. Our minibar fridge wasnt cold, and we let them know. When we got back, our water stash was ice cold. They had replaced the fridge. Breakfast was great. The pool was small but refreshing. But all in all, I'd come back just for the great service.

I was in Sao Paulo on business, and this hotel was a nice central location for moving around town. I would stay here again.

The service was really good, the room was quiet. Balcony was awesome. And contrary to many hotels, the towels were decently sized, which is a must.

A good place to stay with a fair price.
Hotel is well located, rooms are very clean and confortable, beds are a little narrow (this is common in Brazil unless you go to a 5 star). Room is actually an small apartment with areas that can de sapareted by closing sliding doors. Breakfast is not the best one, but OK for the price. Surrounding area has many restaurants, a shopping mall in a walking distance and easy access from main avenues arround. Very good for the price.

Compared to other hotels in the same area Address is not your best option. Unless the price is at least half of others I wouldn't stay there again. This is an early 1990's building with no renovation so far. It is OK for a 3 star hotel.

Good price, nice value
This hotel was much cheaper than some of the larger "chain" hotels in the city, but I was surprised at how big the rooms were. In fact the rooms were suites, with nice views and a balcony. Only real issues were the bathrooms, which were very small. Also the hotel is undergoing some renovation, so be prepared to put up with temporary inconveniences. For instance the hot water did not work when I checked in, but it was fixed later in the day. Overall not bad, the staff is nice, and it's in a good location too.

Diversos problemas, mas poucas soluções
O apartamento reservado não se encontrava em boas condições, com muito cheiro de mofo e presença de fungos no banheiro. Além disso, a parte hidráulica se mostrou ineficiente, com torneiras difíceis de abrir e fechar e contendo vazamentos. Diante de nossas reclamações, nos disponibilizaram outro quarto, mais limpo, mas inferior à metragem da reserva anterior e sem divisórias entre ambientes. Ainda, no único dia que solicitamos serviço de camareira, os funcionários acabaram jogando fora, indevidamente, algumas garrafas e recipientes plásticos que estavam organizados em cima da mesa e não eram lixo. Finalmente, quanto ao café da manhã, no sábado estava regular, já no domingo diversos itens não estavam sendo repostos e a qualidade foi inferior, talvez pelo hotel estar com poucos hóspedes e pelo fato de o responsável não fazer seu serviço e preferir assistir televisão. No terceiro dia chegamos às 10:15 h e nos informaram que o café já havia sido encerrado, pois era segunda-feira e o horário de encerramento era às 10 h, ao contrário do final de semana, que fechava às 11 h. Alegamos que ninguém havia nos informado destes horários diferenciados e não encontramos em qualquer parte do hotel (elevadores, apartamento, hall de entrada) algum aviso claro sobre os horários do café da manhã. Solicitamos alguma reparação, como o oferecimento de um café mais simples ou o dinheiro de volta, mas o máximo que obtivemos, após alguma insistência, foi uma xícara de café apenas. Péssimo hotel.
