“Great hotel on Paulista Ave”
I needed good room service as I stayed in the hotel to recover from a minor surgery, and I surely had it (food was light and delicious and served on time). Room and bathroom were great, bed was super comfy. People at check-in counter were very nice and polite. I was very satisfied with the hotel! Also, it is much cheaper than other hotels in the area which offer the same level of quality (such as Renaissance in Alameda Santos). And it is close to Livraria Cultura... I was born in Sao Paulo and has always considered this to be the best area to stay in town.
“Great location on Avenida Paulista/Jardins”
I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and would consider this to be high quality. My room, a junior suite, was huge with a separate sitting area and a kitchenette. The subway station consolacao is right outside the front door which makes getting to other areas such as centro very easy (even if you have to change subway lines a few times). The hotel and location are relatively safe compared to centro so I was very happy with my stay. The only area where there was any minor problem was a lack of more than basic english speaking staff but this was generally not much of a problem. The included breakfast was an `all you can eat` type buffet which was delicious. Would highly recommend.

Nice comfortable place. More convenient than the Novotel or Ibis. Best caipirinha in town in the lobby bar.

“Very good value for the location”
This hotel is very good value for the location. I've been to Sao Paulo on work trips many times over the last decade, and hotels around Av. Paulista have crept up in price - Caesar Business has become one of the best options for business travellers on a budget. Location can't be beat; wide variety of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Street noise in rooms is an issue, but it will be anywhere in that part of town; earplugs did the trick for me. Room was spacious, furnishings and amenities simple, and bathroom needed a bit of cosmetic touching-up - but everything worked, and the bed was comfortable. Free wireless, good breakfast buffet, free printing in business center. Lobby's a great place for meetings. Staff friendly, but few spoke English at the level you'd expect. It was my first stay, and I'll stay here again.
“Poor hotel”
This is not what I expected. This hotel isn't linked to the other Brazilian Caesar Park hotels and it is a poor imitation! The room was noisy due to water pipes, beds were of hostel quality, breakfast was fruit and bread... All in all not a business hotel!! The surrounding neighborhood is dangerous, a friend of mine almost got mugged during our stay. Don't stay here!!
