Large rooms with sofa and balcony, slightly dated but comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location 10 minutes from Paulista. Noise from construction next door was quite bad

Pros: excellent location close to shops and markets (Carrefour supermarket is 2 blocks away), Paulista avenue, metrô station. The room was large and well appointed. The top floor gym and spa with a heated small pool was also very nice. Breakfast had good variety and an omelet station in a glassed in restaurant in the back of the property. Cons: the noise! I was on the 6th floor and it was impossible to sleep. The room has zero soundproofing due to large glass doors that seal nothing. The street is busy at all hours with traffic and even with ear plugs it was impossible to get any sleep.

Bathroom was not clean. Walls of the shower had mold built up, and the glass lots of soap scum. The room was not soundproofed, and the street is very busy - the cars and motorcycles were super loud in the night, it was very hard to sleep. Second night I had to sleep with a noise canceling headphones.

The first room we got here was horrible. Dark and not too clean, shower head wasn't working and it was a bad smell in the room. They changed our room the next day and it was much better. But the rooms in general are looking old. The water smell bad that you can smell it when you're brushing your teeth or taking shower. But the lobby and breakfast area looks nice and clean. Hotel is in a good location.

Localização não é muito boa Muito barulho estão fazendo uma obra ao lado então se vc pensa em descansar certamente esse não é o lugar o prédio é antigo o quarto é espaçoso mais a cama e os travesseiros são velhos sem falar nas toalhas de banhos q são de péssima qualidade pelo valor da diária recomendo o melia do jardim Europa qualidade muito superior fiquei sò um dia e fui pro melia

Muito bom
Hotel muito bom. Localização excelente. Quartos limpos e amplos, com varanda. Utilizamos a piscina aquecida e a sauna com agendamento prévio por quarto por conta da pandemia. Saúde super boa. Café da manhã realmente “da fazenda” com opções suficientes

O quarto é espaçoso. Embora os móveis sejam antigos, parecem conservados. Localização ótima e funcionários atenciosos. Os pontos negativos eram: i) limpeza (o box tinha cabelos e restos de sabonete das estadias anteriores, a roupa de cama tinham manchas); ii) café da manhã não tinha a variedade esperada de um Estanplaza.

I was very disappointed with my room,so dirty and with no enough towels in the bathroom.the staff on the breakfast service and the breakfast was the best though.

Simple, spacious, and clean. Spent most of the time outside and only stayed in for the night. Excellent value for your money. Hotel is also nested in a safe part of Sao Paulo (I think? I walked around to and from the hotel even at past 12AM and felt safe), close to Paulista street and to restaurants and bars.

The staff is so great
The staff is awesome. The restaurant excellent. Breakfast is wonderful. They bring it to your room if you wish for free. Too much food. . Only bathroom is not small and I wish the get bigger tv. But the rest excellent

Great breakfast with fresh fruits and different pastries everyday. Very few employees speak English even at the front desk which is really challenging, I had an issue with my shower that was never fixed because they did not understand. Mini-bar bottled water price is outrageous, but I think it is common in Sao Paulo. Swimming pool can not really be called that, and when I went it was not running and did not look inviting at all.

Great location in Sao Paulo. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Most of the front reception do not speak English, but we are in Brasil so that should not be a reason not to give it 5 stars. With translator on your phone you can communicate.

Feel at home in the heart of Sao Paulo
I've stayed at the Estanplaza Paulista a few times now. I really love their breakfast in the outdoor garden, it's so peaceful you wouldn't know you're right by Paulista Ave. The hotel is well located, with shopping and restaurants nearby. Jose the concierge makes all the difference, he always remembers me and goes out of his way to help.
