“Surprising 4-star experience.”

Deluxe experience. The rooms were new, my suite had a separate sofa set with TV, separated from the bed "room" by a corridor that went past the bathroom. Great mattress, new furniture. This was a 4-star experience. The breakfast included sausages, so it was very satisfying and great value.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly and assisted with any need that we had. The rooms were well kept and clean. The outdoor pool was a great at the end of each day of site-seeing. Can't wait to go back.

We were very happy with this hotel. The price was a great deal, it was very clean and the staff may have been the friendliest and most helpful we have ever encountered.The location was just a short drive to downtown, plus the hotel offered a free shuttle. The room was very nice with a sweet flat screen tv and a super comfortable bed. The free breakfast was even a bit above and beyond the usual. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff (specifically Brandi) was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel was a little too far away from downtown Savannah but overall we were completely satisfied with the service and quality we received. The continental breakfast was very good - though the staff who were in charge of restocking breakfast supplies were a little more than grumpy...maybe too early in the morning for them (???).

Nice hotel. Price was right. Less than a 10 minute car ride to Savannah. Hotel property was nice but neighborhood looked a little rough.

was very pleased with the hotel, especially for the price. neighborhood not the greatest but to be expected in Savannah area. The people at the dest were very helpful and it was a refreshing change to have customer service again.

Baymont Inn was a great value with tons of extras. Including super clean rooms, every room w/ flat screen tv's, pool, breakfast, and free shuttles to and from downtown all day long. Even the local cab drivers said it was the best stay for the money so you know it's got to be true.

We especially appreciated the cheerful and impeccably prompt scheduled shuttle service into the Historic District. The trip took less than ten minutes, and we were dropped at the Hyatt, which was very convenient. The public elevator down to the riverfront was steps away from the drop-off point. We had a big quiet room with usable mini-fridge (no electronically-monitored pre-filled contents to be bothered with) plus microwave and coffee pot; large flat-screen TV facing the bed plus a second TV in the living room area; comfortable bed with four pillows. What more could you want? Our only complaint was that the TP and kleenex were budget grade, but we got a great deal for our two-day stay and will stay here again.

The hotel was clean, the staff were nice and the room was clean and spacious and the price was great. Not at all what I expected .Very pleased. I would stay there again.
