"The staff were all great and seemed to be engaged in their work. The location is excellent to access great beaches, shopping and other SoCal attractions. However, property is very tired with much deferred maintenance. The decor is outdated and worn out. The rooms are dINGY in most every respect. PAINT, flooring and window coverings are funky and worn in places. Shower head is way too low even for moderately tall people. The shower drain didn’t work and standing water to ankles every time. Pillows were small and noticeably lumpy."

"The room was great and just what we needed. My kids loved the pool area and the hot tub was huge. The parking situation though could be better. They do valet parking in half of the parking lot, so self parking is very limited. There was only one open spot when we checked in."

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Loved that they have free parking and free WiFi when so many other hotels are now charging for them. Has a refrigerator but not a microwave. It has a nice pool area. They serve coffee and tea in lobby. Although it is a basic, no frills hotel, it is very clean. We came for Disneyland and other places and it was perfect for our family."

"The room and customer service were excellent. Cleanness, furniture quality and bed’s firmness, all 100% positive. I don’t know why google rank them 3 star. They deserve better. It was a pleasant stay. I highly recommend them."

"Friendly staff. Clean. Bar was nice. We did t use the pool. Walking distance to Disney and restaurants near by. I have stayed twice and will continue ue to choose it."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. We were unable to use the pool for the majority of our stay due to some water issue and our 1st floor room in the second building had a beautiful view of the pool, but you could hear EVERYTHING in the hallways/entrance and it was hard to sleep well."

"It was a very nice property, a little close to ocean boulevard and 710 freeway.When I got there and took an hour to check-in.So we had to wait too long after four o'clock , but they said they had a big party the night before. Staff was helpful and friendly Parking priced on the high side NicE to be a there on a Saturday and get sangria.The next morning , it was a mocktail bloodymary, free water apples all complimentary Nice to have a dog friendly place"
