“Excellent stay!”
Great location, tall trees and a creek are an excellent buffer for freeway noise, frog sounds at night made me feel like I was in the country! Very clean, plan on staying there again when in the area.

Its a great place to visit
“Huge Rooms with Kitchenettes!”
The rooms are huge, and are basically small apartments. If you are looking for an "extended stay," this place is ideal - even a small kitchenette with full-sized appliances.
“Great hotel for the value!”
I was very pleased with my stay and at such a great value! The room was large, very clean, and well-stocked with all necessaries, including kitchen with full-size fridge and microwave. Staff was very helpful and considerate; continental breakfast was quick and hit the spot! Convenient location just off I-405, plenty of free parking. If I found myself on business in Renton again, I would stay here without reserve! :o)
“I wish I could live there.”
I needed a weekend break from the closet-studio I live in. Expedia hooked me up. The staff and facility were great. The room was perfect, spacious, great little kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. I wish it were in the city and that I could live there.

We were looking for a hotel with a kitchen that was located close to Seatac airport and Southcenter in the Seattle area. Also, we didn't want to spend big bucks on an accomodation as we would be out in the city and visiting friends most the time. This hotel is a good value property, clean, friendly staff, secure location, clean environment, no room service or cleaning at all and few high tech accomodations. But just a ggood value hotel if you want to keep it simple and inexpensive on the southside of Seattle.
