“very luxurious”
We stayed on the 25th floor, in a very nice room (King standard). I would say the most luxurious part was the bathroom, which was all marble, with a separate tub and spacious shower. The staff was very helpful. I noticed that there is a hefty charge for smoking in the room, so our room had no smell of smoke at all. The location is right in the middle of everything. We walked to most of the sights, and took the monorail (three blocks away) to the rest.
“Great Stay in Seattle”
Wonderfully appointed room and great customer service.
“We will be back!”
We were impressed with the overall look, comfort, and feel of the hotel and our room. We only stayed one night. A comfortable walk to the mall and Pike's Market. This was worth the money. Can't wait until we return.
“Felt spoiled....”
I picked the hotel becuase of its location within the city (you can walk to most everything)and the fact they had ample lobby space to meet with clients without having to book a conference room. Having a Starbucks and a Ruth Chris Steakhouse on the ground level was very convenient! My room (corner suite) was beautiful!
“Excellent choice”
A great stay from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Excellent and very friendly service. They went out of their way to be helpful. My new favorite Seattle hotel.
“Great Location, Great Hotel”
I usually go for the midrange/3.5 star hotels, but this was by far the nicest hotel that I've ever stayed in. The bathroom itself was unreal. Great location as well for leisure. It was really close to shops, restaurants, malls, etc.
“Beautiful View”
We had a fantastic time in Seattle. The Gran Hyatt was perfectly located to enjoy all that Seattle has to offer. We requested a room with a view of the sound after our first night's stay and we were very pleased with our room on the 23rd floor. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful and promt. The view was AWESOME! We enjoyed the workout room and we were given several good suggestions for things to do and see. Thank you for a wonderful trip.
“Wonderful hotel”
Wonderful hotel experience - excellent and friendly service, very clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing and the room was big enough to put in our baby's porta-crib. We had a nice view of the downtown and were just within a few blocks from the Market. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.
“Friendly and Helpfull”
We arrived about a half hour early and that was not a problem. We received an excellent room and a terrific view. The staff answered any questions without hesitation and was always available if needed. The Regency Club was top notch for breakfast and had excellent appetizers in the early evening. The young men & women staffing this room were very profesional. Staying in the background yet nearby if you needed any help or wanted a specific drink. I will tell all my friends to stay there on their next trip. Be it vacation or business.
“Excellent hotel in Seattle”
getting after long trip to excellent facilities is good
