“Will stay there again for sure.”
Excellent location and friendly staff. BOKA restaurant was not great since their waitress is probably too new to serve. When you ask for Ketchup since they give you literally 2 teaspoon to share between 4 people, she asks me to use it up before she gets more.??? Other than that, the parking fees very high at $39 per day. Staff at hotel extremely friendly
“Great hotel!”
Fell in love with it before we even walked in the door as the valet person was very kind. Person who checked us in was very professional and welcoming. He gave us each a complimentary glass of champagne which was very nice. Loved the room on the 4th floor, even with our street view. Found one medicine pill that was left behind the coffee maker as well as a long piece of hair on one of the bathroom towels, but no other complaints! Enjoyed the lounge areas very much, especially the one where you could gather around the open fire - very cozy. Good food and drinks. When the valet person brought our car up front prior to departing, there were two water bottles in the cup holders up front which was very thoughtful as well. Overall, LOVED the stay....great customer service with people going the 'extra mile' and loved all of the personal small touches from the staff. We only stayed one night but will definitely stay longer next time!
“Wonderful Hotel 1000, especially Tub!”
We had a beautiful corner room with great views. The bed was so comfortable and all the finishing touches beautiful. We loved the huge tub with wonderful bath products and view of the city too. Service from check-in to out was excellent. The restaurant and especially happy hour was fabulous too, don't miss the truffle fries! The location was perfect and we really enjoyed every aspect of our stay her.
“Love This Hotel!”
This is the only hotel we stay at when we go up to Seattle, and we do go about 3 to 4 times a year. Everyone on staff is very friendly, very responsive to our needs and just making sure in general that we are well taken care of. I would not stay anywhere else!!
“If you want to be treated like a star, stay here!”
We had a great experience at Hotel 1000 as soon as we arrived. The parking attendant and bell boy were curteous, professional and very prompt with assisting us. When we checked in, sparkling wine was offered (although we had to decline since we both don't drink#. The room was emmaculate with large windows overlooking the city and the ocean partially. The only negative thing was that our card keys did not initially work, but as soon as we reported it, they sent an engineer to fix it. The service is superb and beyond words! For example, when they realized my wife was pregnant, the front desk sent up a personal note to congratulate us and a coupon for a free mocktail at the hotel restuarant. Also, when I tried to book a massage for my wife at the hotel spa and found out that there were no available appointments, I asked the concierge for recommendations of other nearby spas, and not only did he give a great recommendaiton but also offered to have her chauffered there in the hotel car. And when we checked out, the bell boy came to pick up our luggagse quickly. By the time we got downstairs to leave, our car was loaded neatly #and we had TONS of luggages) and there were two chilled water bottles in our cupholders waiting for us. This is our first stay at Hotel 1000, but whenever we come back to visit Seattle, we will not stay anywhere else!
“Experience 1000”
The warmth and personality of the staff will hit you right in the face. You immediately feel that they are glad to see you and are very willing to service your needs. We were pleased to see the team work and communication among the staff. they have a good thing going. Keep it up! In addition, the location of the hotel is central to everything. There was much to do and the concierge know his stuff. The valet staff is AWESOME! I can't say enough about Hotel 1000 and my experience.
“Great Hotel - but what is going on with the Cable?”
The rooms were very clean rooms. We received great service. My only complait would be the cable TV which is fuzzy at times.
“Fantastic!”
The best overall experieince I have ever had at a hotel, especially considering it was only 1 night, we were blown away. The courtesy, comps, etc.. that we were shown was fantastic. We don't usually spend this much on a hotel stay; but will reconsider going forward, and will definitely recomend any friends looking for a hotel to consider Hotel 1000. The bed was a little firmer than my fiance' likes; but that was nothing really.
“Seattle's Best Stay”
Great place to stay in Seattle. Best staff of any hotel in the city, bar none, and we have stayed at most of the major hotels here. Boca is a great place for drinks, appetizers, and any other meal you could want. Great staff and GM in the restaurant! Just an all around great place to stay.
“Great hotel.”
You will not be disappointed. Special in every way. Enormous room with a great view.
