“Very nice.”
Nice hotel, convenient.

The hotel was great, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The location could be better, as there is not much for food or entertainment within walking distance.

Don't know why this motel has such a poor rating. Maybe I'm someone who's easily pleased, but this motel easily met and surpassed all my expectations.
“Very Pleased!”
Very happy with the service. I had surgery and needed some extra pillows and a reclining chair. They provided without hesitation. The room came standard with a chair but did not recline. Not sure where they found the reclining leather office chair but it was exactly what I needed. Also, we forgot a personal item in the room when we left. Staff was great when locating it and making arrangements to get it back.
“Cheerful Service”
I asked for help at the front desk for advice on certain local businesses and directions, which they printed out for me. I asked for help on a couple other matters, which was cheerfully provided.
“Outstanding”
We arrived at the hotel a little early about 12:30pm. Your attendant greeted us with a pleasure voice. We got our room and enjoyed the surroundings. I think the hotel is well located. Easy to get on the freeways. I especially liked the resturant right next door "Big Fish". It was a perfect day for us. We booked the performance "Cavalia" which was just 7 miles from the hotel. Again your staff helped us to recommend the resturant, get direcions to the event but the sense of being hospitable was golden. Keep up the good work. You have a winning team.
“Very impressed with the hotel cleanliness and with the excellent customer service”
I was very pleased with the overall service and the courteous, friendly, and helpfull attitude of everyone working at the hotel. Next week I am traveling once more from Atlanta to Seattle - Kirkland, and I will be staying at La Quinta Inn in Kirkland again. I am confident my stay at the hotel will be a very pleasant one.

Price was great and the hotel was clean and bed very comfortable. I would definitely return.

Hotel is in the moderate catagory in terms of luxury,, but is an excellent value. It is clean, fresh, the rooms are comfortable, and the free continental breakfast is outstanding. Recommend this facility most highly.
“Great Place to stay with pets”
Really enjoyed staying at this hotel, very friendly to pets. Make sure you print off the directions this is not an easy hotel to find.
