“good experience”
I showed up with a couple friends with a box of champagne, roses, candles etc...to set up for a proposal. the front desk asked if it was for a special occasion and we said yes. so she said "since this is for a special occasion we can upgrade you to our Suite." This was really nice of her to do. the suite was awesome...it had a 2 huge windows with a view of the space needle and seattle. The bathroom had sliding doors that opened up so that you can watch tv from your bathtub. The only downside of this hotel was that i to do street parking and wake up early to leave by 8am. I was not going to pay $40 for garage parking or $40 for valet. ridiculous... Other than the parking, everything was Great!
“great seattle experience”
The staff was friendly and helpful (Will at the front desk was especially nice). Great central location and the room was very comfortable. Free wi-fi and valet parking was a nice bonus.
“A Jewel in the Emeral City”
The hotel was amazing, beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was that we reserved a Double Deluxe, two months before the stay but the hotel gave us one queen bed. With 3 people this would not work. The clerk said that Expedia did not send over the correct information, but I showed him my receipt that said other wise. They gave us a King with a roll away bed, which frankly did not make me happy. I call Expedia and was quickly given a Deluxe Suite with a King and sofa bed. I loved being able to take the elevator down to Whole Foods for Fresh, healthy food. The Valet was quick and friendly and I appreciated the shuttle to various location. I would definately stay at this hotel again, but I would call and confirm with the hotel my room placement.
“Very nice hotel”
Our stay at the Pan Pacific was quite nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was ok, but I don't know much about Seattle. It was walking distance to the Space Needle and lower Queen Anne. Having Whole Foods under the hotel is very nice and provides additional options for snacks and food. The room was very nice, and clean. The shower was fabulous, except that it's a walk in shower and water flows all over the bathroom floor. They provide bathrobes and a full size hair dryer, so you don't need to pack one.
“Very Nice and affordable”
I picked this Hotel because it was one of the lower priced hotels out of all the nice ones in the downtown area. I was extremely impressed with the place. Everything was upscale and has a Starbucks next door as well as Whole Foods attached to it. Free internet is nice too. The area right around it is a little old but it didn't seem any worse than the rest of downtown.
“Great hotel”
Very attractive hotel and rooms. Staff is assertively friendly and helpful. Locaton is within walking distance of Lake Union and main shopping district. Also, on bus and streetcar line. Only complaint is that bedding offers a choice of a sheet or heavy comforter. It would have been nice to have a light weight blanket.
“Perfect stay, great location”
Like most of the other reviews here, our 5 day stay was perfect. Pros: Clean, great housekeeping, good coffee in room, small area of fridge to use, great 32" LCD TV, free wireless in room, decor, location less than 15 min walking from PPM, Space Needle and Kenmore Air flights out of Lake Union, S.L.U.T. right out front, Whole Foods downstairs, etc. Cons: Weird doors on bathroom leading to bedroom area...offered zero insulation from sounds inside, but if you're alone or comfy with your roomie, then not an issue.
“The only place I'll stay when in Seattle”
The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, had a good view and every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located - just a few blocks from the Space Needle, the Shopping District and other tourist attractions. Adding to the convenience is the Whole Foods Market just out the hotel's front door and down the stairs. This is truly the only place I'll stay when I'm in Seattle.
“One of the best ever”
It was one of the best hotels I ever stayed. The room was nice -- clean, comfortable, efficient. I especially loved the bathroom. There was a sliding window by the tub which connects the bathroom with the room, so you would feel more spacious and could watch TV (32" flat screen!) while soaking in the tub. The quality of service was excellent. For example, I got an email from the hotel on the second day asking my review. I sent it back to them telling that I wish I had something in the bathroom that could help me to get in/out the tub (I'm 4'11"). When I returned at night, there was a small step stool in the bathroom! This is what I call customer service.
“Sweet Place”
Very nice hotel, good location walking distance to Pikes Market
