“Best Location”

The hotel was in the perfect location if you plan to do sightseeing. We walked to the Space Needle, Place Market and shops downtown. I don't think we could have picked a more convenient spot. The staff was friendly (even at our midnight arrival) and helpful. The concierge, Bill, was very funny and helped us make reservations for the Underworld Tour, which is the Underground Tour at night for those over 21. The room was plenty big and very comfortable. I loved the Juliette balcony and that we could open the door for some fresh air.

“A great experience at the Warwick”

My sister & I stayed at the Warwick overnight & very much enjoyed the stay. The staff was helpful & very friendly & on top of their job. The beds were absolutely incredible & we had a wonderful view of Seattle. Our only complaints were that the plug would not close in the tub & my sister wasn't a fan of the burger she ordered. Everything else was terrific. We'll definitely stay here again.

“Delightful experience”

We were delighted with this hotel. Our room on the 15th floor had spectacular views of the Space Needle and Puget Sound. Right in the heart of downtown, easy walk to many points of interest. The bed was very comfortable, room was clean and well appointed. Staff is friendly and wonderfuly helpful for visitors. We will definitely choose the Warwik again.

“Top notch!”

From check in to our final dinner in the motel restaurant was wonderful. The concierge was top notch and our bartender took excellent care of us. Room had a grand view. Hotel was conveniently located for easy walking.

“Winter trip to Seattle”

A perfectly located downtown Hotel, ample free evening street parking, freeway access is a breeze. A tasteful little lobby with a wonderful aroma wafting from the restaurant. Elevators very quick moving. Very tastefully appointed room. Seattle Times Newspaper every morning awaits you at the elevators on your floor.

If you are going to Seattle, this is the place to stay. The price and the location is just right. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous - above and beyond the norm. The place is immaculate.
