The hotel offers discount passes to a fitness club, one block away, and it is located four blocks from the 27-mile Burke-Gilman Trail, a paved urban trail popular with cyclists, joggers, and skaters.

“Watertown Hotel”
Convenient location in the University district. Secure parking garage was a real bonus for us. Lots of coffee shops, eating choices and shopping all within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable room. We will definitely stay here again.

Modern and clean - the price and location were fantastic.
“Great newly renovated hotel”
This hotel was great! Seems to be recently renovated. Very close to UW, parking for our rental car, very clean, and had a gym/bikes you can utilize. Staff was very friendly. The setup of the rooms are great, plenty of room for a couple or a family of 4. Each room has a mini ridge and microwave.
“Great value near University”
The four of us: two parents, two teenagers, spent 3 nights here. The location is great if you are visiting the university, and the free parking made everything easily accessible. The room was an incredible value through an online service, especially with free internet and free parking. The room was large [when we asked, they said since we were 4, they gave us one of the larger studios]. The TV was on a useful divider. The room could have used a table; the desk is tucked into a corner, and couldn't be pulled out. The lighting was dim unless you turned the VERY bright fluorescents around the sink on. There was a microwave and small fridge. Overall it worked for us, though the lighting and furniture could use a rethinking. Huge amount of student-oriented food choices within a couple of blocks; quality eating required help from Yelp.
“Hope to come back again”
The hotel is within walking distance to the University of Washington. Staff members are very professional and friendly. Free shuttles to downtown Seattle is a plus. The entire stay gave us a great impression of Seattle!

“Excellent choice near UW, medical center”
Excellent value. Free shuttle to major attractions is a huge money saver to downtown, Pike Place, Space Needle, etc. Walking distance to University and Medical Center. Studio very comfortable. Free Starbucks 24/7! Would definitely return.
“Professional yet very friendly.”
Clean and hip. I stayed for over ten days. Although I enjoyed my view overlooking the University and was curious about a south facing view of Mt. Rainier and of the city; I asked if it was possible to move. This request was met with enthusiasum even though the hotel was fully booked at the time. They gave me a wonderful room and a memorable stay.

I stayed here once before and at other hotels in Seattle and have to say that this is the best hotel in all of Seattle.
“Pleasent Hotel”
No problems with hotel very nice only wish that they had some food/bar. Had small wine tasting with very limited menu and closed very early. But nice hotel will stay again if in the area.
