“"The employees at this hotel are Jewels"”
The employees at this hotel are jewels. They went above and beyond the call of duty. The room and hotel were clean and the breakfast was okay. What really put this hotel on the top of the list was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Every encounter with an employee was wonderful. Thanks, for your hospitality Best Western Cotton Wood Inn!
“takes about 30min.”
From this hotel to sedona town takes about 30min by car. Other than that, free hot break fast, nice sunrise, rate is cheap. Great value!.

Hotel was close to area attractions and restaurants without paying the higher prices in Sedona. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

We loved the Cottonwood area and had a fantastic stay at this hotel! We had just spent a week camping in the Grand Canyon so that may have something to do with it, but the hotel was just wonderful. Great breakfast in the morning, we had the pool and hottub mostly to ourselves, we would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

The friendly atmosphere and courteous staff made my stay so relaxing and enjoyable. The extra benefit of a complimentary breakfast buffet was delightful.

this was a very nice, clean and quit hotel. I have nothing bad to say at all. nice breakfast for guest as well.
“Good Standard Motel”
The Sedona area has some very beautiful expensive resorts. This is not one of them, but if you are just looking for a place to sleep at night and a convenient location - this is the spot. It was also nice they include a continental breakfast (waffles, english muffins, etc.), since it saved us going out for another meal.
