It offered many activity options near by including dining and shopping. The property seemed a little dated, but kept well and the staff were professional.

Stayed at this hotel for a few days and would definitely stay here again. The rooms were a great size and very comfortable. The staff was very kind and gave great recommendations for places to eat and any other services you may need. As for eating, definitely recommended the breakfast here as it is amazing and worth it! So much selection that I was able to eat something different each day we stayed. I came to a Korea for a concert and the hotel was so close to a (express!) subway station that it was easy to go to the venue and explore other parts of Seoul. The fact that the hotel is connected to the Coex Mall was a plus as we were able to do some great shopping without having to travel far from our accommodation- this was so convenient because we were only in town for a few days. There is also a stop for the limo bus to and from the airport right in front of the hotel which was great as we didn't have to lug our luggage through the streets/subways/stairs of Seoul. Definitely would recommend and definitely would stay again if I am ever back in South Korea!

Not worth remembering as outstanding in any way. We arrived after a long international flight with my two kids. We were told that check-in was 3 pm and we had to wait around until then. When I asked if we could use any bathroom facilities until we check-in, we were directed to bathrooms in the underground shopping area below. I thought this was really inconsiderate and without any empathy for customer. I ultimately chose to check in early for roughly $ 100. We were told that our luggage will be brought up. After an hour, our luggage was still not brought up to our room. I called the concierge and requested for the luggage. About 15 mins later, someone came up and we thought they brought our luggage, instead it was a miscommunication and they thought we had luggage to be brought downstairs from our room. There seems to have been no sync between the concierge and the reception. Next the toilet broke on Day 2 and we were told it would take an hour to fix! With two kids and with a day of activities planned it was really in convenient. But they let us use another room down the hall until it was fixed. As a first time in Seoul and IHG hotels, was not outstanding in any way. We were mostly ignored, none of the customer services/reception/concierge people ever greeted us. While I see them bowing and greeting with most of the guests, we as three brown, international guests were completely ignored. I don't think I will ever return to stay at IHG Hotels. Really left a bad taste!

Great central location but very busy/crowded. Very convenient for first day in Seoul but would not recommend a full week stay. Has lots of international converter outlets. Seems to be popular with Chinese and Euro travelers.

We arrived early but we really have to wait until 3pm to check in. I was also charge $1.02 for I don’t know what. Overall, nice hotel, good service and good food.

The location is excellent. The hotel is sitting on top of the mall that occupied the entire block. Everything is very convenient and it is very easy to get in and out. The property is kind of dated though considering it is Continental. The bathroom is functional, but you can definitely tell that it is aging compare to other modernized hotels. The room is comfortable except pillows. They are literally useless and way to soft to support anyone.

The spa was the perfect end to a long trip. Highly recommended. Restaurant lounge with a great view, amazing food and attentive staff should not be missed. Very nice breakfast buffet as well

The staff and services are excellent. The room is clean but somewhat old (especially the bathroom) considering that this building is pretty old. However, it's still a top-notch hotel facility. The breakfast option at the hotel is very good. I highly recommend that people include the breakfast option during their stay. There are numerous food options for all ages including kids and also for vegetarians. The location is also very convenient as the hotel is connected to the Starfield COEX mall which has all kinds of shops, restaurants, a movie theater, an aquarium and a department store. It is close to most of the well-known shopping and gourmet areas in the Gangnam district.
