“Best Hotel Experience in Seoul”
I've stayed in many different hotels in Seoul, but the JW Marriott is by far the best. The rate is a bit on the high end, but you definitely get what you pay for. Fortunately, Expedia provided a nice discount so I was able to experience the excellent hospitality of the Marriott staff. My stay was relaxing and problem-free from the moment I checked-in until I sadly had to depart. Everyone on the staff is wonderfuly polite and professional....from reception to housekeeping. They each had a welcoming smile which is rather uncommon in Korea. The rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant facilities are a little pricey, but the food is delicious. The exercise and spa facilities definitely added to the comfort of my stay. I truly did not want to go home. Seoul is notorious for its expensive hotel rooms, but the Marriott is worth every penny. I look forward to returning soon.
“Excellent location from which to base your business stay”
Very comfortable stay. Food is extremely expensive!
“Impressed”
The hotel is conveniently located and the staff are always reday to assist you in any events
“JW Marriot Seoul”
The JW Marriot in Seoul meets the quality expected from Marriot. The only challenge during this stay is that they were doing construction on the hotel and it was very load and disruptive during the daytime hours making it difficult to meet clients in the lobby restaurant.
“Great location”
Connected to a major subway station and bus stop the location can't get better. It's also linked to Shinsegae department store so you can go downstairs to the food court to grab a meal or snack
“Should always stay”
Very good experience over all..
“Would love to go back”
Our stay was quick but great. The breakfast was amazing offering both eastern and western food. The staff was helpful and willing to do anything. The pool was great the room was great. The only downfall is that it is a little bit confusing to find from the subway station. Once you know that everything is good.
“Better than what I expected”
I would definitely go back to this hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable; the bed was a bit hard but comfortable; conveniently located, etc. Not bad at all.
“perfect hotel if using subway system”
I was very please with this hotel. The hotel was very clean and very nice. The staff was friendly as well. There was a subway station right outside the hotel which is wonderful for those using the system. The hotel was connected to a shopping mall for those who want to shop. The only thing i can say if you want to eat cheap the hotel isnt the place for that. There is a deli which was reasonably price. All in all i would stay at this hotel again.
“Sojourn in Seoul”
I have traveled extensively and this is one of the top rated hotels internationally. Only downside is the hotel restaurant food is very expensive. Fitness facility is also top notch.
