The Lotte Hotel Seoul is divided into two towers: the 38-story main and 35-story newer wing. The interior features a gold/brown color scheme blending with Asian details on walls and in elevators. On-site facilities include a golf center with putting green and driving range, and a full-service health spa.

Business facilities at the Lotte Hotel Seoul include a business center with meeting rooms, stationery, secretarial services, and high-speed Internet (surcharge).
Business center: The business center has a full-time attendant and is divided into private meeting rooms and computer terminals. An array of rental options (cell/mobile phones, laptops), services (translation, interpretation, flights/appointment arrangement), and stationery (business cards) are available. Even digital cameras and Zip drives can be rented on an hourly basis.
Internet access: High-speed wired and wireless Internet access is available for surcharges in 30-minute increments.
Conference/function room(s): Seven meeting rooms accommodating from four to 12 people offer presentation/boardroom space with catering service. 13 larger conference and function rooms are available, some equipped with projectors, large screens, and high ceilings.
Rooms
The Lotte Hotel Seoul houses 1,479 guestrooms across the 38-story main building and the newer 35-story wing. The newer wing guestrooms contain amenities such as complimentary mobile phone rental and computers. Both buildings' guestrooms include premium mattresses and bedding, pillow menu, bathrobes, LCD TVs, premium TV channels, complimentary newspapers, and refrigerators.

Mu Gung Hwa - Traditional Korean cuisine, including Korean Royal Court cuisine and table d'hote. Decor includes faux rock pool and traditional Korean building replicas. Open for lunch and dinner.
Momoyama - Casual Japanese dining amid traditional Japanese decor of paper walls and timber. Diverse menu includes sushi and sashimi courses. Open for lunch and dinner.
La Seine - Contemporary buffet with international cuisine. Minimalist-style predominately white decor. Open for lunch and dinner.
Peninsula - Italian trattoria-style restaurant with contemporary white decor. Open for lunch and dinner.
The Lounge - Lotte's lobby café, offering views of an outdoor artificial garden through large windows. Sometimes offers live music in the evenings, as well as regular seasonal exhibitions or themes.
Salon de Thé - European-style library tea lounge located on the 14th floor of the New Wing. Offers a variety of fine black teas and herbal teas, along with homemade pastries and cookies. Shelves feature more than 3,000 books.
Pierre Gagnaire à Séoul - Fine-dining restaurant serving French cuisine created by chef Pierre Gagnaire. Offers 270 wines, and views of Bukhan Mountain and downtown Seoul.
Toh Lim - Traditional Chinese cuisine served on the 37th floor. City views.
Delica Hans - European-style bakery/delicatessen. Bright, cafeteria-style shop. Open morning until night.
Recreation
The Lotte Hotel offers a 12-meter indoor swimming pool, and a golf center with driving range and putting green. Large men's sauna facilities and modern Classical Greek-themed fitness center also provide opportunities to unwind.

“Can't wait to go back”
I'm extremely satisfied with Hotel Lotte Seoul. It's very convenient and excellent services.

Reservation was made at the last minute. Expedia had a better rate than calling the hotel directly !! This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. I travel for business & stay at a lot of mediocre hotels. This place is a gem! The location is fantastic, & the service & room were outstanding. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
“A genuinely Great Hotel”
Can't speak too highly of the Lotte. Aside from excellent rooms and generally huigh service, it also has a superb range of restaurants, as well as good shopping facilities. Only quibble is the poor standards of spoken English, but that's a major problem throughout South Korea.
“No reason to look for anywhere else to stay.The best!”
This is absolutely the best place I have stayed in Seoul! From arriving to departure, we were looked after very well. Staying in the older wing is not a problem, as it has been nicely renovated in a different theme for each floor. The rooms are equipped nicely. The bathroom is large. The closet is a walk-in with full mirror, drawers, and safe.Flat screen tv in the room, with a nice work station. The area is nice with the convenience of taxi's, and subway station very close.There are several restaurant's in the area, along with Dunkin Doughnut's, and Starbuck's close by. If you want to shop, it's connected to a muti-story mall, and just one block over is an area full with shop's and restaurant's.

Try to stay in the New Wing as it is much better than the Old Wing in terms of room size, quality and others with little extra on cost. The deco of the breakfast restaurant in the New Wing is amazing.

The most marvelous Hotel. We have stayed at plenty of Hotels over the yrs and the Lotte is the most memorable one of all. Outstanding rooms to customer service. English is excellent at this hotel as well.

I was satisfied staying at lotte hotel seoul. It was a celebration trip with my mother, hotel service was excellent. all employee were nice and kind, I won't stay other hotels.
“Try out the LOTTE”
Hotel was very clean. My stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Recommend for a weekend stay or for business stays. Very convenient to local transit.
“Highly recommended”
Service was impeccable! and the rate I found on Expedia was the best! I stayed on the new "Ladies Floor" which offered added security and a Ladies Lounge. Be sure to take advantage of the excellent Bose surround sound and entertainment center by renting a DVD from their great selection for free! Also, the Lotte underground Food Court was EXCELLENT. I had three meals here and I never got tired of it! So much variety!! and the subway is directly linked to the Hotel/Lotte Shopping Center.
“Very Impressive... Awesome”
Very immaculate, staff wonderful. A computer fax machine and cell phone in each room... high tech.. each time I had called for assistance, there was a personal response and it was immediate... just like they were outside my door.
