“I would defnitely stay at this hotel the next time I'm in Seoul”
Great Stay!
“A very nice hotel with excellent service”
If you're looking for an inexpensive hotel in the Tehran Valley area of Seoul, then this isn't it. If, however, you're looking for a comfortable room, excellent service, good food (especially if you're not from Korea and are surfeited with kimchee), then this is an excellent option to consider. I ate at local restaurants with my Korean hosts for most of my stay, but I did grab one of the hotel restaurant's Australian Angus burgers one night to give my stomach a break and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. The breakfast buffet was expensive but the variety and quality of food was astounding. If I go back to the same customer I will definitely stay at the same hotel.
“Very Nice Hotel”
The staff and service were excellent. Everyone I spoke to was polite, knowledgeable, and spoke good english. The rooms were very nice and comfortable but the walls could stand to be thicker. I could hear our neighbor in the room next to us several times during the night. All in all I was very pleased with my stay.
“Great for business and vacation.”
My wife and I stayed here from Nov.21 - Nov. 27 and were very happy. I had business with Samsung, that was nearby, and we were both here as tourists. The service, food options, appearance and comfort were outstanding. We started out with their superb brunch each morning. Both Korean foods and regular "American-style" breakfast were available. There were many excellent restaurants as well as great variety for room service. Try the Korean barbecued steak at the Manhattan Grill. The service staff was extremely helpful: front desk, room service, restaurants, bell boys, and, of course, concierge. The location, south or the Han river, was not perfect. We took taxis to the cultural and tourist spots north of the river. Fare was $12-18 and drivers were honest and friendly. The subway was a 5 minute walk. We are looking forward to returning!
“Excellent Service, great location”
Located in the trendier district, this Hotel is spot - on for the business traveller in every way. Nothing too much trouble.
“Seoul's best hotel for the congress participants in COEX Center”
Everything was excellent, super hotel in Seoul.
“Thumbs Up!”
From the receptionist to the bellboy, chefs, waiters even the drivers of their deluxe taxi cabs speak good english. All were very helpful and you would really feel like a queen. and so far, their room service was the best i had. the hotel was located in the heart of the business district and near a subway station. it is about 5-10minutes away from CoEx mall. the only downside was, expedia didn't mention or didn't inform me that the hotel's jogging track and fitness center was under renovation. over-all, I was very statisfied with my stay. I got my money's worth.
“Good Quality”
Hotel is good quality for Four Star Seoul hotel. Clean, efficient and plendty of restaurants, bars etc.
“Very Nice”
Very nice hotel with great service. But, expensive internet connection.
“Very satisfactory accomodation”
First rate hotel in an excellent location for the business district with helpful and efficent staff
