“Love the hotel except minor inconvenient”

The hotel is in a great location. It was near the train station. Is easy to take the train either from Incheon Airport or Gimpo Airport. The only problem is we were given the old address instead of the new address so it took us a while to find where the hotel is. Also, is hard to find Uljiro 6 ga on the map. Even the locals can't find the street after using their google map to find the place. Bathroom was too small but it is a cozy hotel with kitchen and laundry facilities. Would love it even more if they can supplied knife and chopping board for their kitchen facilities.

“Great Hotel in Seoul”

This is the first on-line review I have taken the time to comeplet. I think the UlJiro was a fantastic hote. It was clean, had all of the amenities, in a great location and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

“perfect place to stay”

Perfect for all, will stay here agian if we come to seoul. It is the best choice.

“Small but comfortable”

The Bad: - The Studio room is small, barely enough space for a double bed, a desk, a closet, and a kitchen at the doorway. - You are left with a wet toilet seat after a shower. The paper roll is well covered however. The Good: - The hotel and the room are quite clean. - The room includes pretty much everything you need. LCD TV, Free high speed Internet, Fridge, A decently equipped kitchen, Microwave, Air-Conditioner, Hot water, etc. No tooth brush, toothpaste or shampoo though, you can pick them up at the convenient store right next to the hotel. - The area around is fairly quiet at night. Convenience stores and fast-food restaurants are right around the corner. The Dondaemun market is about 10 mins walk away, with a mix of big shopping malls and street-side stores. - Hotel staff speak English well, and are quite helpful. You can obtain maps, and other travel/event information from them. On my last day, I had to check out late due to some delay. After calling the front desk, they allowed me extra 1.5 hours to pack my stuff.

“A real bargain in a great hotel”

We had a very comfortable room with a double bed, kitchenette, and TV for about the price you would expect to pay for the place that leaves the light on. Very conveniently located to the Dongdaenum Stadium subway station, which makes sightseeing in Seoul a snap. The staff bent over backwards to help us with selecting restaurants, making tour reservations, and generally ensuring our comfort. Excellent local flavor restaurants and especially street vendor food within an easy 5-minute walk. We can't wait to go back!

“Good location, good price. good deal”

This hotel is actually a residence, hence there is a small kitchenette with several cooking utensils. The heated floor can really warm up the room in a few minutes. I was really really satisfied with this hotel. Given its price, its the best deal that I've had in all my asian travels.

“very good place to stay”

this is not a hotel but a residence with hotel cleaning and towel service. the staff were very helpful and quick, the room was very clean and the laundromat downstairs was very useful. kitchen utensils were provided, so it was very comfortable brewing tea and making coffee. i will use this place again in the future for sure

“Comfort and convenience on a budget”

The Uljiro Co-op Residence has appartment suites to suit the budget traveller. Each suite has an en-suite wet room and a small kitchen area, with a single hob, kettle, a few pots and pans, crocks & cuttlery and a fridge. This allows you to be self sufficient if you so desire. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but the surrounding streets are alive with restaurants, so the choice is enormous. The room was serviced every day. The staff spoke enough English to help us settle in. This was our second stay in this hotel, as we found it suited us so well.

“A fine place to stay”

I enjoyed my stay at the Uljiro Co-op. The desk clerks were extremely helpful and the room was small but cleverly designed and very comfortable. It is not a deluxe accomocation, simple but nice. It was tricky to find, even the taxis had trouble, a faxed map would be a good idea.

“Cheap and Clean”

The staff is friendly and most are comfortable using English. It is in a good location, 2 minutes walk to the subway, three minutes walk to department stores and markets, very lively area.
