“Excellent hotel”
Superb hotel in an excellent location. The only downside is the price of the buffet breakfast, which is ridiculous. However, as another reviewer has noted, if you turn right out of the main entrance of the hotel and walk a block or so, there is a Chinese fast food place with inexpensive breakfast items.
“stunning design of the room and the 45 restaurant is an unforgettable experience”
the best position you can ask for if you want to visit shanghai, everything was stunning the only thing is the breakfast, a bit too expensive around 20pound pp, a big selection of food, but realisticaly you could not eat that amount of food for the money
“A good price/value hotel”
Great location, comfortable property, helpful staff. Much less 'fussy' and much less expensive than the 5* properties. A safe, comfortable and affordable alternative.
“Great location”
The lobby and the Park Tower on Nanjing Road are newly opened as of October 2005 and the location for business and pleasure can't be beat. Be aware, however, that the English name for the hotel is not well known and that the airport taxi driver and his dispatch company had no idea where the hotel was. I had the cab driver head to West Nanjing Road and pointed out the hotel from the skyline, but I may have the advantage of having been to Shanghai more than other travellers. It would be helpful if the hotel had a printable name translation and directions for travellers who are not with groups or tours.
“Great service”
I booked a club level room. When I got there, I was checked in at the club lounge. I was sitting down and drinking water while two very professional hotel people taking care of my requests. I am very impressed about the great service.
“Chaidet and Coolipae”
I arrived so early but she let us check in eventhough we will get the rooms in different floor. Room was very clean comfortable. Location is perfect..... We can walk to subway just across the street. We can walk to shopping street in 2 mins. Convenient store is behind the hotel. KFC is 24 hours is nearby the hotel. Staff was very helpful. We have to took 2 taxi to airport but he suggest van because it's cheaper than 2 taxi. So Radisson shanghai is the best choice for me.
“Super downtown location with a fabulous view from the 19th floor, watching the CNYear fireworks acro”
Super downtown location with a fabulous view from the 19th floor, watching the CNYear fireworks across the city. Gorgeous, large indoor swimming pool & bubble spa. Would definitely stay there again.
“Would use this hotel again”
We were pleased in all respects. Service was very friendly and English was very prominent. Access to transportation is unbeatable and there's a very good restaurant at the top, that also revolves.
